Let us talk about the whole experience by list:

  1. First they will sell you their course by saying they will allow monthly payments for the course. Once initiated they will take the full amount of the course.

  2. They will then assign you a single point contact who will be there to solve all their problems and who is there to constantly sell you other courses.

  3. After a few days, the single point contact will block their phones. and you will not be able to get any support from the team.

  4. Later after 4 months you will get a call from your new point of contact who is there just to call you to sell their latest course in offer.

  5. After you consult with the issues they will continue to sell their new program.

  6. Post all this after a follow-up, you guessed it this new point of contact has blocked your number.

  7. after dialing the support team, you will get a response to answer to get a call within 24 hours. No other response from the team. Please expect no other different response for the same.

  8. After constantly following up post 24 hours through their support number. they will call insist that the escalation will take another 24-48-72 hours. their words not mine.

  9. After all this I still wanted to get into their next online classes. But since they have stopped their program. They will not issue a refund. They will not forward your call to anyone with useful information and will continuously stretch this till they suck the life out of you.

  10. I would say it is the epitome of unprofessionalism, and am sad to say feels like extorsion. Unfortunately, cant give 0 stars
