The company is not a place to work, employee is not treated good. The HR policies are shady and they don't stand on their policies.(They change it in their favour according to the conflict. My probation was not confirmed, and I even worked 1 additional month. They laid me off without confirming me and paying the severance pay for probation's notice period which was 15days(which should have been ideally 60 days). Contacting concerned authority didn't lead to any resolution. After sending around 5-6 mails to CEO they blocked my personal email address.
After receiving the severance, the severance was also miscalculated and adjusted according to their own convenience. POOR EXPERIENCE, THINK ALOUD BEFORE JOINING.
