Greedy & Unreliable Company with Zero Credibility

Since I and my wife, due to our sedentary work, chronically suffer from lower back and neck pain, we purchase omnigel tube in bulk to last for few months. I ordered a few on 12-Sept-24 which was supposed to get delivered by 15-Sept(Sunday). When it did not arrive I inquired and they said unapologetically that manufacturer increased price on 13-Sept, so although they had shipped, they retracted the shipment, then cancelled it on 14-Sept and have initiated refund on 15-Sept(which I still haven't received). None of which was communicated to me at all. Basically they wanted to sell the same old lot at higher prices. The price even unto today(16-Sept) is still same on their website. And without sharing what's the new price, they wanted me to place a new order at new price! Its a completely greedy and unreliable company with zero credibility. They even disabled the Status and Invoice in Order History so that now I cannot track the sequence of what they did. Absolutely rotten practice to deceive customers. Even the customer support on Twitter is extremely bad and arrogant. DO NOT ORDER MEDICINES FROM NETMEDS.

I have ordered for 3 medicines and netmeds has sent only one medicine and were silent for 8 days. When I have contacted they simply said the remaining order was cancelled due to technical reasons. The medicines are so popular and regularly used diabetic medicine. They have also no refunded the amount. It is very shameful for nedmeds for such bad practices! Very bad bad practice. I should give negative rating but forced to given one star rating.

No estimated due date was given. And medicines (which are use to save a person's life) are never delivered on time.


There won't be any follow up or update from their side. On the chat they will beat around the bush be it a bot or a real person. They won't address the real problem.


Email service does not work!


Calls are always put on hold once they know that this number is wanting to complain!


Basically they are escapists and don't want to listen to the customer.


Keep on giving you false statements and claims.

Phone call booking blood test - horrible service

I got a call from Netmeds regarding blood test. I agreed to book on phone call. They collected collecting blood samples next day. Following day, I received SMS from Netmeds to download the report. but download link was invalid so I called customer care number and requested the report by SMS or mail. I received no response from them. Then I called them again. They promised to email and validated mail id but they never sent report. I downloaded the app and logged in my Mobile number but there was no order present for which I had received SMS with report link. What a pathetic service!!!


False discount marketing

My order number 17153374159007898A in their website Flat 25% off on your 1st order and minimum order of medicines(along with any other products) bill amount is more than 1249/- so I ordered of Rs one thousand 400 change after his company Doctor was called me and reduce quantity of tablet and that discount percentage is also reduce to 20% and asked why you people doing like this no one is responding to me Why these people is doing a false commitment and fooling to us


I strongly recommending no one is buy medicine in this app.

I have been a regular customer of netmeds and many of my friends and relatives are. From now on even if they give medicines for free we wont buy. Netmeds have missed to keep the mederma advanced plus oinment in the parcel. I got only the empty mederma wrapper containing nothing at all. Even after multiple follow up no body cares and is extremely rude towards a genuine case from my side.This is absolutely pathetic.

Their customer care service are really bad, they speak with customers very rudely, there are lots of glitches in their system. They even don't understand the SLA to solve any tickets.


First they will show the COD option for partial payment and as soon as you will talk to customer care they will say No we will remove that option from the page now and you have to pay rest of the amount.


They are not dealing in any clothing/accessories sector they are in to medicines, so should take the things seriously.

Biggest fraud(CHOR) in market. I purchased a ₹1000 voucher, but when I tried to use it, it was only applicable for an amount of ₹349.


I expressed my dissatisfaction to the CEO of Netmeds, but unfortunately, he seems to have a rather unscrupulous mindset.


I am now contemplating legal action against Netmeds.


AND REQUESTING PEOPLE NOT TO USE NETMEDS.


@mlouthshut: please provide 0 star also, such nonsense brand deserve this.

This is horrible when nedmeds can't even track their own payment done to their system.


I had done Netmeds ID NMS240213941113C. The link was given by the telecaller promising additional discount. So I ordered more quantities. However i believed that payment was made thru thirs party so the payment should have reflected. After much followup did I know that there was short payment made. How could i know since it does not reflect on the website.After following up could I know. This transaction does not even reflect on your website. Had not followed.my money would have disappeared.First of all there no proper systems in place. No proper customers followup for payments that are made. Means if you forget money is in their account and after few months it will disapper. Now almost reaching 1 week no delivery. Worst app that cannot be trusted

I ordered a product for rupees 3700 and I received a damaged product. I wrote to them with order number and photos of the damaged product, they came saying sorry please attach photos, quantity of the product and batch number and if I don't respond within 24 hours the issue will be closed. So wrote again with photos and batch number , now I have again got a reply asking me to attach the photos and Batch number from a different customer service executive.


How many times do.i have to write back to.them????

Constant spamming through text messages. I have been getting their promotional messages at midnight and several times. This is absolutely irritating. And they give no options to delete the account which is a violation of basic data privacy laws existing in India. This is very unethical and absolutely sham practice from the part of your company. Prior to this they screwed up my order too, and I have stopped buying from them for a long time, but they still keep spamming.

Made the worst mistake of ordering meds once and thereafter decided NEVER to due to their poor service! Another mistake I made was giving my mobile number and here I am now being harassed by their desperate and pathetic marketing promos on WhatsApp and SMS's! They should learn to STOP sending their promo messages, we are not interested, if any takeaway from these messages, I would NEVER EVER use their pathetic services!

Don't trust Netmeds for lab tests. They will lure you with discounts , make you pay in advance and not turn up for the sample collection.


Helpline people are un empathetic. Had a horrible experience with Netmeds.

Disgusting! I received my medicines after 17 days. Delivery is too late. It’s a medicine not any other things it’s important, must be deliver within 3/4 days but I received in 17 days people’s can die because of your carelessness. Don’t play with the patients. People’s who can see this msg please choose another platform to by your medicines I suffered 17 days next you could be the one. I suggest chose another online platform. Very disappointing.
