Netmeds.com website which is a website where you can buy medicines online for yourself or for your loved ones. I heard about it and searched on internet than find it and yesterday I placed a order of medicine here.

Process was very easy one time password generated for registration of mobile number, after registration and placing order got a automated call from netmed about confirmation of order after that got confirmation msg. this website is very useful for me.my wife went to other place and the medicines which she wants not available there in local market so I ordered it online for her and I also get 15% discount on it.which is good and cod is also available but there is charge for cod.but if you buy medicine of rs 1000 than there is no shipping charge.

I am very happy with netmed.com and its services and waiting for my medicines to be delivered.i recommend it to everyone.

NetMeds.com is most poorly managed medicine website. 99% orders they cancel sighting reason of nonavailability of medicines. They don't bother to remove non available medicines. Even after canceling the medicine same are available on their website. Macvestin 500mg is one of them. Same thing happened to non medicinal items also. Hence I canceled all the items.Order Id  Please cancel the following orders as my prescription is for Macvestin. robably they have cancelled the items partially or fully so that they do not have to pay any cashback to "Cashkaro.com" and then to customers. They don't pay the refund immediately & keep it for 4-5 days. Macvestin 500mg tablets are still available to customers on their website perhaps to them who will directly purchase without through "Cashkaro".

Recently on 16th Jan, 2016 I bought Rs.300/- product through this E-commerce comany which after 1-day they informed as the product is not available they're cancelling the order and refunded the amount in their Wallet.

After I angrily e-mail them about how they'll credit the amount in their wallet without even asking from the customer, they informed that they're transferring the amount to my linked bank account but even after 3-weeks there's no sign of refund.

I again mailed them but no response, no one is there at customer acre to pick your call and chat now option on their portal is also of worthless as I used 2-times to send my request for refunding the amount in my account and every time they responded that after checking with back-end team they'll do the needful in 3-days but their 3-days window never comes till date.

I wonder how this types of comanies are given permission to opearte which are bolt on country's credibility and try to befool the customer for such a small amount, I really shocked and feel depressed with such a damn care attitude towards the customer from our Indian Companies.GOD give them wisdom and I pray all customer to don't fall in the trap of discount they publicise but verify their credibility, delivery systems, customer care

Recently I ordered 10 items from this online pharmacy.

There ware delay of more than 2 weeks for dispatching the the items. Hence I have to call the customer care several times and had to remind them for dispatch of the items.

Finally they dispatched the items.  Even though they attributed the delay on the courier, I understood that the delay took part from their side only to handover the parcel to the courier.  Finally afer much delay the parcel was received.   The packing was good.  There was 10% discount on the items.

The  drawback, I observed  is delay TAT taken for delivery.  I had to call 3 times the support team and remind them for sending the ordered items.

but after 7 days no response from any of person from netmeds.com after 2 days I have contact them that support team and they said your prescription not eligible

and after 7 days of horrible experience they cancelled my order and refund after 7 days

netmeds such a big fraud and worthless company who keeping costumers amount for interest purpose finally if you dont know how to fight with them so you will wait till death but they not response your order if not eligible or about order such a idiot service
