All We know that the medicals store in india they only fools you all time. And we just pay for them any question. Because the customers are not aware about the medicine and whats the actual price.

But not with Netmeds.com you get 20% discount on you medicine and also you buy over Rs.1500 medicine you will get additional 5% discount too.

I order Lupin Headset it is a migraine medicine I used I get it from medical store in Rs 74 but on netmends.com I get it just Rs.64. I get delivery in 3 days.

So guys if you have an bulk medicine then you must go for it is a safe and genuien.

My friend odered madicine but netmeds service is very very poor service today 12 days going but steel I don't received my oder and not getting any good answer from your customer care team my oder no is NMS1609081034392A this is very important medicine and I oder it on 9/9/16 and not getting by today and this is my mom medicine and she is diabetic and last 2 day medicines are over tell me what can I do and no reply from Courier service also they naver recived call and" net meds guys alos missgide to my frind that madicine is delevered by today but steel its take maybe 3 to 4 days its very poor service" Its very poor services

Thank God, I didnt go with negative review. Netmeds seems to be something different, I thought I will give it a try and guys, seriously its an awesome experience. it worked for me. I got my medications just in time!

Then I thought what if the product quality is older, I checked with Medplus pharmacy, OMG, the sales person showed me the older stock(3 months older mfg date) where I received the latest mfg product from Netmeds(just a month, latest one)!;) Hope Im so luckyyyyyyyyyy!

Hey Netmeds Team, Thanks a ton for saving my cash!

They are big cheats. they delay the delivery and force us to cancel the orders. Then the money is not refunded to our account insite of repeated followups. The order I made in November 2015, order No NMS15111046550W: on 10th Nov, 2015 has still not been refunded. I have made several followups and now lodged a complaints in Consumer grevience.

NEVER NEVER NEVER buy from these cheats.Buy from a local Chemist instead. NEtmeds will rob your money as they are shameless people.

Worst Service.

I had ordered medicines from them. But even after one week, the order status was still showing "Processing". One would need medicines at the earliest, but they do delay them even to just dispatch.

And secondly, When I enquired them regarding this, they told they will intimate the reason for the status being still "Processing" - the next day. Why would they need one day to just know the reason for delay? Not sure if the customer care executives are trained adequately.

Disappointed, I cancelled them and I was told I would get back the refund amount in 7-9 working days.

But even after 2 weeks, I dint get it, and when I mailed them, they told to send them the screenshot of the bank statement as they have already "processed". I sent them the same, but after that I have got no reply from them.

I have sent numerous mails, but have not got any response from them. It is been nearly a month now.

So my suggestion is - Please prefer Pharmacy stores rather than online stores. Not every e-commerce company have ethics like Flipkart, Snapdeal or Myntra.

Most horrible customer service website I have ever come across. One can never get thru their call center number. They hardle reply to emails. Webchat is also rubbish. I ordered for medicines paid thru Paytm. I faced issues after placing the order Coz they rejected my prescription Coz out of some 9 medicines 1 medicine was not listed, infact instead of sending the rest, they cancelled the prescription and also not sent any reply, I am still after them to return my money and still have not received my money. I have spent 1600rs. And this is the most disgusting online service I have ever come across. This company should be shut down by the government immediately.if there was a way to rate them negative I would choose that, but unfortunately there is only to choose one as the lowest. I don't even feel like rating them 1 . 1 being the lowest.

This website is totally useless for consumers who wants to buy their medical dosages from netmeds because I ordered it and believe me there were 3 to 4 strips which were out of expiry and thankgod I saw the manufacturing date label there is no sytem of returning of Strips in Netmeds so in all it was total loss of money as well as time the service is very poor the order I delieved came after 1 week and it was mentioned it will be done by 2 to 3 days in your location even the discounts are been given for limited medicines only which is totally injustic and opposite of they saying in Tv Add.

Hello my dear friends my name is max , I saw the advertisement so I went to site , this site is so disgusting , all the regular medicines is not provided such like a tablet neaul 5 and ayurvedic stuff is not found , first of all site design is disgusting and category is given in pharmaceutical terms which are not easily understandable for common man, and free shipping is not available , urgent delivery is not available , not ease to use , totally rubish and poor customer service , they do not provide refund effectively

I will strongly advise everybody not to purchase medicines from Netmeds, they are so unresponsive and there is nobody to assist either on calls, emails or watsapp number provided on the website.

They take around 10 days for delivery, their business partner Bluedart doesn't have any proper website to track the shipment and call center is unresponsive.

Better to purchase medicines from nearest pharmacy then to be depended on netmeds(who doesn't care at all).

Henceforth I will never purchase any medicines from netmeds and will recommend others to do the same.

I ordered for the Sunscreen Gel from Net meds.com which costs me around 858 INR but after giving them so many calls to get to know the status of my product yesterday I received my product. When I opened my product it was the wrong one.

It was the another sunscreen gel whose cost was 690 only. So I am planning to raise a complaint against them in consumer court as well However, the wrong product could damage my skin.

I will never ever suggest any of friend to go for this Website.

Such a pathetic  customer and delivery service they had.

I recently bought a eyedrop ( LocTears) from Netmeds.com.

I was not getting this product in any of the local medical store.

So I decided to order online.

And this is my first experience to order a medicine online.

So I visited Netmeds.com which is quite popular among online medical stores.

First of all I signed up and then searched the product which I needed.

Easily got that.

They have Cash On Delivery option as well as other online payments also.

I paid online becaue , If you choose COD they will charge you another 50 Rs.

While payment I applied a coupon through which I got discount of 21 Rs ( %= ?) And that time company was also giving 21 Rs of Discount so total of 42 rs that deducted from my total amount.

After checkout I got my payment receipt and other details via mail.

.? .

But the very worst thing is , I get my product through courier after 7 days ! .

So you can't expect netmeds .com to deliver your ordered product on time.

And if you are in emergency for that medicine, you don't even try to order online.

So guys if you can wait for 7 days you are free to order online otherwise you will get annoyed everyday about your medicine to get delivered soon as possible.

Had a horrible experience ordering from Needs.Placed an order with them on 28th June 16 and had uploaded the prescription which contained the medicines.

They took 2 days to verify the same and they come to the conclusion that 2 items needed a fresh prescription.Told them that the same description had been executed the previous time and sent across.

They were not willing to relent and finally cancelled the order and swore never to purchase from Netmeds again.

They run the business luring customers on discounts 15% in bill and 5% to be redeemed next time at the cost of poor delivery. Medicines are urgent and Netmeds take an average of 10 days for delivery.

There delivery time starts from the day they verify your prescription and not from the day you order. It means they can take as many days as they want to process your order. I had ordered on 7th June 2016 today is 15th June 2016 my order is still not dispatched.

My prescription got verified on 10th June 2016. 3days after I placed the order. Now there tat is 4-9 working days. And saturday is not working day for them. so that mean if I calculate I have to wait till 23rd June to get my medicine and only after that I can say something to them.

I recently ordered some medicines from the site .it was over all a great experiance while buying but once I placed the order I regret my decision of buying medicine online because of no information regarding my order , I was frequently updated for my order buy when I triyed to see the order status from the links in the email, the sight showed that threr is no such shipment no., but I was not in too much stress as I had not paid for the order hence I thaught that if the medicine come then I will pay other wise I will not pay

Netmeds.com is an online pharmacy. They deliver medicine in more than one week whereas they committ to deliver in one week. They dont offer any substitute without prescription where as they show name of substitute in their app.

Whenever you mail to customer support, they revert after reminder only.

Netmeds is giving fake discount & shows fake offers on MFP. In actual they rise the MRP price and sale their products. I ordered some medicine and household product, firstly they delivered it very late(almost after 20 to 25 days), after receiving my order I realized that they charge me some different amount that the actual price / MRP of the product. after complaining & follow ups they didnt refunded my money.:(

Bad Customer support, uploaded prescription, placed order and was expecting delivery. But got a message as declined.

Background:

The medicine I required was NOT in-stock, and netmeds suggested alternative with the same composition.

I went for the alternative, as I wanted it at the earliest.

But later netmeds rejected the order, saying medicine name is not in the prescription.

What a joke, they do not have medicines in stock and they suggest alternatives, when you place order, they decline.

Waste of time and money. Most of all delay in getting the required medicine.

Never go to netmeds for saving few bucks.

I strongly advocate not to order from netmeds. This company is giving whole online shopping a bad name. Wrong tracking numbers given, nobody knows what is the exact status of the order. Worse than pathetic. They give different tracking ids to same order.

When I try to track from the site, either the consignment details are not found or it gives error. When I ask to cancel, they recreate the order and try sending it again. No body gives a clear picture of what is happening to the order. The website has all the features, online chat, contact us but no real information is provided with any of these options.

Had ordered some medicines and other home products. Waited for 10 days and finally called Customer care. They told me to hold and disconnected the call 4 times. They did not know the status of the order and said will have to wait for atleast a month.

Wish there was a rating below 1. No custoer service and actually no service at all. Just a website looking for hits. They are not looking for orders.
