Its been more than 2 weeks now and I have not received my Order ID: NMS1703222066061W

I have been in touch with customer support representative many time now and have also open tickets t resolve the ticket by delivering my order. But no luck as they are least interest in delivering the order also are not responding to any ticket instead they have closed the ticket. I would like to register a complaint against the website https://netmeds.com(online pharmacy) and wants a strict action to be taken against them so that they do fraud in future with people.

I am sharing my experiencd of purchasing medicine online through Netmeds. My order number is NMS1703242080416A

Experience was horrible as Netmeds do not stick to their commitment of delivery schedule.

I booked medicines on 24th March with a delivery schedule on 28th March.

While tracking of my order online I understand that, medicines not even processed by 28th March.

I contacted customer care and netmeds assured to me about its dispatch by 30th March.

Upon trackinh my order on 2nd april I still find the order is not yet processed.

Such a irritating experience abd that too of life saving drugs provider company.

I suggest not to go with netmeds if u need any medicines urgently.

They simply give excuses for their failures.

This is the best pharmacy website.it gives us loyal services with less charges.This website is the best for old aged people as they cant affort to get out of their houses.this website also gives us the description of the medicine and it mentions how the medicine works. This website is very attractive and also informative.Doctors use this to also check the medicines review.

I ordered four items from netmeds.com(Order# NMS1703232078224W). It's been 5 days and I haven't received any of them. Their customer care is extremely rude and unresponsive, no delivery details on the website either. I feel sorry that I didn't visited the mouthshut reviews earlier to my purchase. I would have never ordered from them then.

My money is stuck now. My personal advice shall be . please don't buy from these people.

It was my first order with Netmeds, I had uploaded the prescription on 19th March 2017. I got a call from them on 20th march for verivication completion. The day was a sunday. So it was expected that the delivery would happen between 21st March and 22nd March 2017, as they had displayed while placing the order. I placed the order only because while confirming the order after prescription validation the app showed the date range, which was acceptable by me.

But even when at the end of 22nd March I did not get any calls regarding delivery, I enquired with the website via their chat support. And to my surprise I found that they were still to ship the medicines on 23rd; i.e. one day post their committed date. I asked them how long it would take from Tamilnadu to Kolkata; and they again could not answer my question. On asking if I could cancell and get my money back, their answer was the refund would take 7-9 working days, which means almost two weeks. I had no choice but to wait since it is a high value order. And I do not have option to order again from somewhere else while waiting for the refund to come.

In my opinion these guys are simply not fit to be in medicine business which is a high priority delivery business. Frank Ross delivers within a max TAT of 72 hours with the same kind of discount.

Guys please refrain from using Netmeds.com if you have serious requirement

Thanks for the awfull experience with netmeds! nothing personal with you though. Its the failure of the company to serve deliver medicines. You ppl should deliver pleasure items which one can afford to have a delayed delivery. But please stop delivering medicines!

The only reason I opt for this service is because it is the only online pharmacy that has delivery in my city.

The site netmeds.com cannot be trusted for any reason based on my experience with them.

1)While ordering, whenever I checked the delivery time based on the pin code, it always offers delivery within 3 to 4 days. In practice, I NEVER, EVER received a shipment before the tenth day of ordering. No other proof is needed to conclude that they make a fake promise.

2)They put your prescription  in an endless waiting period for approval. They will delay it  by waiting for approval even when it is a repeat order, where the prescription may be already approved in the earlier purchases.

3)Now is the best part! You are intimated that the consignment is shipped and tracking ID is available.Simply it takes another 5-6 days for the consignment to reach you. To my knowledge, it takes only 2 days for a consignment to reach you in any city in south India.

Hence I guess that the shipment status also is false. It seems that they update the status as shipped, many days ahead of the actual shipment.

Putting this altogether, this is is a fraudulent on-line seller. stay way if possible.

I am saying this based on my own experience.

Today I received a packet for my COD order; my wife took the delivery of the packet as I was not at home, the COD amount was paid.

To my surprise,I have found that they have packed entirely different medicines with invoice to some other customer.

Really frustrating after long wait for 12 days.

This is how RESPONSIBLE they are. See how silly this company is!

I have no idea if they will replace or how they are going to replace it. I realize that I am being taken for a ride.

PS: I think the positive reviews are paid ones, I have not seen such a worst e commerce company ever before. I should have given negative rating if it was possible

The most unprofessional people who do not understand the importance of medicines to be delivered on time or atleast respond to the customer on time are in this business! They will review the prescription & would not even respond you back if there is any issue with the precreiption. When you call them & ask the status they will respond that there is a roblem is precription & our doctor will call you in 24-48 Hours.

4 Days & no response from them. Understood, they cannot send medicines without proper prescription however they can respond promply with the issue!

I had ordered 5 sprays from netmeds. They sent me a wrong medicine. After multiple calls to customer care, they took their own sweet time to send a replacement order(though I had asked for money back). This replacement order again contains the wrong medicine! 2 of the given 5 sprays are correct. 3 are again wrong sprays given. Escalating to the customer care manager, N no. of reminder calls are all in vain.

I made an order NMS1701171714693A and it was delivered with the shortage of 2 bottles nitrocontine medicines.

I followed up on emails and calls and inspite of followup there are has been no response .

I would not recommend netmeds as they don't have proper readdressal system to issues of proper delivery.

I am disappointed with the customer response.

Hi guys, Again a ridiculous and pathetic has come into my radar of reviews. Well, talking about netmeds, the only thing, I could say that, it is not worth a good application and website to shop from.Netmeds basically deals into healthcare and medical products. The actual price of the product is lower or higher than market price per piece.Discounts and offers are deceptive and misleading. 20% off and includes shipping charges if you dont above 1500 ₹.I recently purchased a set of tablet called alfoo 10mg. The cost of per packet was 352.80 wherein the misleading price was 392 per packet with 20% offer using code. The invoice was prepared using the amount 392.00, wherein the actual price on the medicine strip was 352.80.So basically, I should get 20% offer on the strip price which was 352.80₹ but actually they cheated me and provided discount on price of 392 ₹ which is totally wrong. If discount could have properly calculated upon correctly printed price, then I could have bought those medicine at ₹ 1128.96. I paid 1254.40 which was not the right price.Later, after my dispute they credited 112 in my wallet. They should have credited the excess payment to my original payment method.Now, I had to utilise that wallet balance to shop from them. I opted for dettol liquid bottle, now the price was 112.22 ₹ and shipping charges 99 ₹. So to get dettol liquid bottle, I have to spend 211.22 ₹. Ridiculous, for getting my own money back I have spend 99₹ shipping charges or else I have to shop for 1500 ₹. I could easily get 1 dettol bottle from s medical store at 110 ₹.Therefore, I asked netmeds to refund my money back to my credit card account. They refused at first, but I marked consumer court in my emails, which forced to them refund my 112₹ back to my account.Guys, I therefore wont recommend to buy products from netmeds.com. I am attaching some of my screenshots as proofs for your reference.

Earlier I have to run for pharmacy for medicines I need.But from last few months I used Netmeds.com for medicines.My grandmother I suffering from Asthma and diabities from 4-5 years and I used nedmeds for buying medicines for her.After cunsulting our family doctor I used that written prescription for ordering medicines.It is very quick in terms for delivering the order.I personal compared the prices of medicines I found that netmeds gives you low prices for medicnes.Website is very easy to use and loads in very quick time.Design layout is also good in my view.

I hope my review will help you in making a smarter choice.

When I first found this website to order my prescription, I signed it up and uploaded a prescription and placed my order, but surprisingly there were no progress to my order. On calling customer care they said they can't reach my prescription, this reply was annoying to me as my prescription was right in front of me on their own website in my account but they kept insisting for another whatsaap picture so I had to take a shot of prescription from desktop since I had moved from my place but they said whatsapp picture is blurred. I tried to convince them that either accept whatsapp shot or find clear picture already in my account with you on your own website but amazingly they argued and talked indecently.

Finally they accepted. But after this, all I could see on their website was a status "PROCESSING" which was to be like that for many days and finally I received my order around 9 to 10 days after placing It, however package was nicely packed with good quality material and shipped by BLUE DART. After this experience I decided to give 3 stars thinking to give a second chance.

But unfortunately when I placed my second order on 21/01/2017 found the same status, i.e "PROCESSING" by 25/01/2017 for my non prescribed order. So, here we are

Should tell you this as well that on 25th evening received a call from netmeds(after 5 days from placing order) that one of my ordered product isn't available, so can they continue to send without that?

On 27th, had to call customer care to beg them to change the status from PROCESSING to SHIPPED.

So, at last, would recommend must not place order if you depend or gasping for the product and have a fair calculation about a delivery date by yourself or mentined by netmeds in both cases there is high chance it won't work, it would fail. Yes place order if you wish to enjoy 5% to 20% discount without bothering about shipping date, go ahead

I would not suggest netmeds.com as they have services limited to metro cities only and most of Indian medicine consumers are in smaller towns and cities.Their support team is responsive and fast but lacks proper skills of guessing.The information depth again is limited to metros only and is thus low.Their content timelines is very old and not updated regularly.Their website design is old and is in upgradation and the usability is tricky.The website sometimes does not load and tells server is down/busy.

Netmeds gives genuine medical products. There is a flat 20% discounts which we can get rarely in our local medical shop. The medicines are verified with proper expiry date. We need to upload prescriptions for the required medicines and once these are approved, it will be processed further. The payment options are on-line or Cash-On-Delivery.

The delivery would be done within 3-5 days normally. Also the packing of the products are really good.For the next order you can simply do "Refill the Order" or you can upload the previously loaded prescription. So it will be approved quickly.

One thing need to note that, you can't order any substitute medicine until and unless doctor has prescribed for alternatives. However overall it's a satisfactory experience to buy medicines from this site.
