Very slow delivery. medicine comes under emergency or prior delivery category. after 5/6 days I got delivery of medicine.

I ordered carefully to make order value above 500 to get free delivery, they cancel one item(god knows why) and don't even bother informing me. when I get delivery I realized one item was missing.

They cancelled an item and because of their action, order value came under 500 and they shamelessly charge for delivery. Had they informed me I would have cancelled the whole order, I hate they taking decision on my behalf and not even informing me.

Please do not order from NetMeds, they do false commitment just to trap you to order. Pay 50-100 extra and buy from some other source. And most importantly, don't prepay to them.

Not recommended for any one not reliable. I got same product two times and when I returned the product the amount of returned product not refunded by mistake I have received both same product and due to COD payment method unknowingly I have paid both products and from which I have returned one paid product and trying to refund but almost 3month passed still not received my refund

The worst application I have ever used. I ordered for a drug and paid 1000Rs after which Netmeds cancelled the order. They keep saying that they have initiated a refund but I haven't received. It is more than 3 weeks. It is a fraudulent company. Please do not use this service

They are always delayed by 6-7 days on every order. Most of the time, Netmeds cancels order without informing customers. Worst delivery service.

Based on advertisement of delivering medicine within 24 to 48 hours i ordered for diabetes medicine on 4th January 2023 but after making payment it showed delivery time 6 to 7 January. Today i checked and now delivery is rescheduled to 7 to 8 January. My concern is why this company is making people fool that medicine will be delivered in 1

to 2 days.. I tried to give rating but the system does not allow rating below 3 . But as per my opinion rating is 1 only

I have waited upto 8 th Jan 2023 8.30 pm

But critical medicines are not yet delivered.

I have requested to cancell to customer care.

In order status there. Is not any icon to cancel the order. Customer care help line is bogus. How they are claiming number one online medicine supplier of India

Let's see when this bogus organization refunds my money

We are from retail medical shop.

Regarding returns of the medicine.

Since one month we have been sent multiple email to the customer care and through app support.

Till date we didn't received any response from your team .

This shows how much arrogance and harrasing the retail customers.

This is clearly indicates big background, or big company no body question them, still we are living in kingdom rule.

No justice for common man.

We need justice.

My sincere advice is please don't buy anything from netmeds, you also need to harras by them.

Worst worst response.

I think this review may not be visible because they will manage everything with money.

I order medicine on 8 December they provide wrong product after Dr consult , after multiple requests of pickup medicine they initiated refund which is still not deposite it's almost 22 days ..they are giving false commitment..now saying bank is taking more 2 to 3 weeks to refund..they took complaint to arrange call back from 1 week still wating for same..it's totally fake service...??

The application design is a failure. Whenever the order is placed on the app, there is a gap and doesn't indicate the delivery timeline. It defeats the urgency of the medication as you are likely to get delivery in 10 days after order placing and payment. The second annoying feature of this app

Don't ever go by discounts given by them. Their services are so pathetic that you end loosing your patience n you yourself will get some diseases. Their customer care executives are dumb to the core. Don't ever order medicines with them.

I orderaed natrise 15mg.. A caption appeared "we dont sell". Reason is they sell sub standard medicines. For genuine ness we cant say only god knows.

I booked an appointment with a doctor.. It showed the doctor will be coming in 5 minutes (video Call) but never showed up. I called the customer service but they didn't help either.. I pity kareena kapoor that being such a big celebrity.. Why do you promote such rubbish site.. Only for money..
