Since I and my wife, due to our sedentary work, chronically suffer from lower back and neck pain, we purchase omnigel tube in bulk to last for few months. I ordered a few on 12-Sept-24 which was supposed to get delivered by 15-Sept(Sunday). When it did not arrive I inquired and they said unapologetically that manufacturer increased price on 13-Sept, so although they had shipped, they retracted the shipment, then cancelled it on 14-Sept and have initiated refund on 15-Sept(which I still haven't received). None of which was communicated to me at all. Basically they wanted to sell the same old lot at higher prices. The price even unto today(16-Sept) is still same on their website. And without sharing what's the new price, they wanted me to place a new order at new price! Its a completely greedy and unreliable company with zero credibility. They even disabled the Status and Invoice in Order History so that now I cannot track the sequence of what they did. Absolutely rotten practice to deceive customers. Even the customer support on Twitter is extremely bad and arrogant. DO NOT ORDER MEDICINES FROM NETMEDS.
