I Rupesh aged 35 yrs, invested Rs 25/- lacs in Dhanista group in the year 2013 for a SRA project in Gardenia Phase 2, Powai near Larsen & Tubro gate no.05(Mumbai) Maharshtra, for a flat which did not commence and has no signs of starting in a year or two.

I applied for cancellation in JUL 2015, they are denying the refund by giving lame excuses. I want to file a case against Dhanista Group owner Mr. Bhujang Rao, Sowparnika Rao/Atawane, (Daughetr of Mr. Bhujang Rao), Nandita Rao(daughetr of Mr. Bhujang Rao) Tejasvi Rao and Bhavana Menon they all have cheated me and many other customers. I have total 10 more customer who have been cheated till date I just get one answer from them that their funds are stuck and I would get refund next month which does not happen. need your help to get my amount back.

None of there projects are MAHARERA registered also making false promises that there are more 5 projects starting in Mulund(E), Ghatkopar, Chembur, Powai Pune. and still fooling innocent customers by collecting huge amounts. also they display on web sites that they have registered for RERA but its fake.
