Hello All,

I bought a flat in color homes.

Please find the feedback and  Let me list down what I faced.

Quality

Tiles - no quality fixing, please do some test  will have noise, tiles laid are not even and perfect Sanitary fittings - Agreement has Parry ware or equivalent. They never go for parry ware. It should be the equivalent that is local brands Lift - Agreement will have J&J but it will be like sanitary fittings they were fixed local vendors not branded or quality one Stilt+ 2 Floors- No approval from CMDA, actually they will not go for it. So they don’t follow any procedures and deviation from the plans

Commitments

Never complete on time, add more than a year with their commitment date for home alone. Amenities will another 1 more year. They complete altogether by 3.5 yrs No Professional Workers Rework in tiles, electrical and plumbing Electrical fitting and your home appliances will not work after few days

Customer support

Assigned person will not pick up the phone

Alterations

Loft and Wardrobes are extra cost

Grills are very less weight, used for a sake

Possession

You will face lot of consequences once you took possession

Labour will disconnect the EB lines, because color homes didn’t make their payment

If you want to fix something, their response will be no material

Finally in their website mentioned as handover in 18 months. That never happen, if you ask the same, they ask see the agreement it has 18 months+ 3 months grace period. So we will take 21 months. I took possession  2017 Jun, they launched the project in 2015 Jun. Even though other than EB and water nothing was ready.

Lift are not installed. So that area still open, what about the kids safety.

Transformer are open, no proper fencing.

EB lines are open.

NO AMENITIES are provided on Possession.

Visit any completed projects(perumbakkam) and ask the feedback from the owners who stay there

So better avoid this kind of builders.
