I want to put in my bitter experience on how I got cheated by Asrithasgroup bangalore(also called Asrita Homes, Asritas group, Ashritas/Ashrithas Homes private limited).

Their office located in koramangala, bangalore.

1. All their flats are constructed with significant deviations.

   
   




2. If they find a new customer who can pay higher price, they will manipulate, and create a situation where you are forced to cancel the agreement/booking with a loss.

   
   




3. The builder does not pickup the phone calls, and you will have to communite directly with the manager who has no authority in making the decisions.

   
   




4. They speak sweetly at the time of booking your apartment, and later you will be surprised with the way they play with psyche of the customer, create insecurity with insufficient communication, never stand on their words/commitment, threaten the customer.

   
   

Therefore, I want to appeal to the prospective customers to be aware of this kind of builders.
