False Claim and Delay in Allotment!!!

Asha developers promised to allot developed land to us, against payment of proper advance. It's been more than 2.5 years since the payment but till now no land has been allotted as promised. In fact, the land that was promises apparently has been seized by government, and an alternate needs to be allotted which also hasn't happened yet. When asked to return the money, the developer is giving excuses.

Some customers have got partial payment, but there are many others without any payment yet. The developer seems like a fraud and strict legal action needs to be initiated against them.

Customers beware of such fraudster developers!!!
