I have bought a flat in Adi Emerald Apartment which is in Masjidbanda, Kondapur, Hyderabad. which is one of the previous venture of Srinilaya Projects in 2012 and builder promised to give the complete flat and amenities by 2014 . The builder has not yet completed the amenities.

Builder started working now new person Venkat has taken over, seeing development now, builder has completed the works in adi emerald Grills fixed for Electrical Panel Board, Compound wall work completed, Lift headroom flooring completed, Staircase Plastering work Completed, Terrace Waterproof Work Completed, Security Room, 2Floors Corridor Marble Polishing completed & 3rd Floor polishing work is going on.

We trusted Adi Reddy, he came back but until these works are done, we will not be happy or satisfied.
