ADI EMERALD project was one of the construction project taken for development by Srinilaya projects from the land owner(Lahari Homes & Alapati Venkateswara Rao - owner of Lahari Resorts). The project was officially started in 2011 and supposed to be completed in 2-3 years. But the project is still incomplete. Both the builder and land owner are absconding even after they were able to sell all the flats on false promise of completing the project.

The builder - Adi Reddy, might be planning to cheat the Bengaluru people as well this time, by planning to develop a venture. Even surprising fact is that the land owner of ADI Emerald project is not filing any case against the builder and not even answering the phone calls and responding to the flat buyers. I am one of the deceived flat owners. Better be cautious and don't get cheated by these fellows.

we are very sry for all the inconvenience you have faced. we stopped all the works because of the miscommunication between land lord & land lord customers. from past few days as all residence can notice we have started pending works and planned to finish with in a months time.
