Recently in our apartment at night time after 8pm power has gone and we all think it's an power cut after slowly we get to know our total transform was problem. So I think it will be take more than 2 to 3days but who is working there has civil engineer his name is(shavalli) he reated and he came to every floor & he explained the problem please wait some time we informed to bescom team they will come solve the issue what we got and within an 1 hour the problem was resolved. upto 10pm we are waiting for power 10pm to 11pm they solved our problem. This the experience we got we appreciate work of aashrayaa citadel team
