I don't prefer this

I am mentioning this becoz this builder aims at only making money. Target is to earn money. Hence becoz of this mentality they do not give proper facilities and quality of materials we prefer from them.

They also choose locations which are from the city and cost of land is also cheap. hence if you buy it for investment or for living it will be very loss for you all and it will be damn inconvenient and later you may have to regret for the wrong decision.

Hence choose better proper developer and see the proper location and make purchase.
