The way Shweta explained and helped us to sail through this proceedings of booking was mind-blowing. She helped us in choosing a flat according to our requirements, and also cleared lot of doubts. Being new to city she was helpful in completing our booking in one day. Overall it was grt experience to be der in VTP sales office. I will surely recommend my frnds to be part of VTP family.

I had a very positive experience with VTP Verve CRM Mr. Aditya Wankhede. He is the example of a good customer service. I had a bad customer experience with a bank from whom I was trying to secure loan for my home. Aditya was more than helpful in making sure that I get all the necessary support to have my loan transferred to another bank. He went above & beyond his duties in calling up different bankers and making sure I don't face the same bad experience that I was going through.

Otherwise too, Aditya is always prompt in his responses and makes sure I always get the support necessary in any of my queries/concerns. His polite and calm nature only adds on a good customer experience!

Approach to this huge project is extremely bad, the road conditions is so poor.

The project seems aloof from the main area. There is no water pipeline to the project, such huge society will depend on water tanker for daily needs.

Paid token amount 45000 to vtp. Overall good experience with sales team. Mr. Saurav and Channel partner Ganesh Dhekale has been very co-operative during process.

Project lunch in 2017 and still not done, still phase 1 work going on. very bad quality, bad management, poor communication with costumers, not permission to visit site who purchased flats.

Worst experience.booked flat in July 2017 and still no signs of possession till date.infact the buildings are still under construction.and they keep extending the possession date. CRM and Sales dept keep on giving fake possession dates. Pre-EMI reimbursement are also not on time, we have to take many many follow-ups with finance team. Regretting my decision to buy a flat at VTP Purvanchal, Wagholi. Now I pay Pre-EMI+Rent and still no sign of possession date with all amenities. Seems builder doesn't have ample funds to speed up their project plus reimbursing Pre-EMI on time and giving lots of excuses.

Made buying a home such easy. Bought our dream plus smart home. Very professional staff including channel partner and CRM. Received detailed information regarding the project and quick response to every query thereafter. Highly recommend!

I once was in Pune and when I searched for a proper accomodation, I faced this one. I liked it for real and my family told me to lease the apartments here. I agreed and we had been living there for more than ten years. My family liked everything here and I believe I have never faced such a service like I faced here. In my opinion, people have to choose the best option for their convenience. It was a good business trip and I hope all business trips have to be followed by such conveniences like I had. Nevertheless, I would note that here you will certainly face pleasant service and polite attitude from the staff.

We cancelled booking for VTP verve but cancellation charges applied 50, 000 Rs.

Why so much charges the builder taking for cancellation, and from where it's authorised from?

As per RERA, if we cancel the booking, full amount should be returned. This is going against RERA.

Worst builder I have ever invested with. The property I invested in was never constructed and they still I had to keep paying the EMI as they were only giving fake commitments of closing the loan. I had to pay the EMI for almost 3 yrs. Now I am going through the nightmare of follow ups with them since 2019 for the refund of my amount which as usual they are only giving fake promises. Plus their executives keep changing and I must have spoke to atleast 15 different executives explaining and the entire history over an over again, have exchanged numerous emails with calculations with their ever changing staff. Their best lame excuse "We are arranging for money" Can you believe that this builder does not have 6 lacs to pay!

We booked our two units in VTP HiLife project considering the brand name and value to commitment. But in actual my experience from sales team( to be specific Harjinder Ji) is not good.

During my booking, I specially mentioned that I need the covered car Parking in T2 tower 3rd floor(below podium) parking(As my parents are old, I needed the nearest parking to my apartment) to Mr Harjinder. But he completed my booking form in my absence(car parking option mentioned in RED color not filled in front of me). The day of registration, I kept the booking on hold when I understood that its open car parking. Then I had a meeting(August 2019) along with Harjinder, Santosh Palande, Bivin, Ajay Singh(Agent). During meeting Harjinder has given the reason that no covered car parking allotted to small area apartment, which then I understand its fake. Then in the meeting Harjinder promised me to give two adjacent covered shade(Open area parking covered by VTP with the size and kind of material of the parking shade) car parking near to T2 apartment as per my wish. To go ahead I accepted it and did the registration. Also at that time I asked Harjinder & Abhishekto mention the same in our booking form which was accepted by Harjinder.

As a proof I have shared the audio recording of the meeting to VTP team. Now Mr Harjinder & CRM team is running away from his commitment & is not ready to provide the shade over the parking area.

I escalated the topic to CRM team, but they are supporting Harjinder without giving me any reason. As they are on false side, they are not even allowing me to escalate this topic to Mr Sachin Bhandari.

Mr Harjinder is giving false commitment for the sake of booking the flats.

"Tarikh pe Tarikh" this is what you will get when you will book the flat with VTP.

I booked my flat on Sept 2021 for Phase 2 when they committed that the Rera approved date is June 2022 but they(VTP) will give possession on or before March 2022.

Its just 3 months and the date moved ahead to not months but years. Now the rera approved date is June 2023.

I got to know from the people who booked the flat for phase 1 that after postponing their possession date 3 times(Dec 2021) now again they are shifting that 4th time to June 2022. Overall appx 2 years they are waiting for possession. and all they got is just "Tarikh pe Tarikh"

They are just playing with our planning. All they want is just Money.

In short I just wanted to suggest, don't waste you time and money here with VTP. go for other builder. Otherwise next time it will be you to post the reviews again.

We visited VTP purvanchal just to have a look and they offered us a price and said that we will have to take the decision right now and they will not be able to give the same offer again even if walk out of the door and come back even after 5 mins, so we went ahead with it and asked to pay token/booking amount and said that its a refundable amount and dont have to worry about it and also said that they will also get us loan and will also take care of that part and made us sign the form and didnt let us read and said that they have told us everything, we also believed them and signed the form and now they are not able to get that amount of loan for me and informing them about the situation and while asking them to cancel the booking and refund the amount paid to them, they are saying that the amount is non-refundable and cannot be refunded and u signed on it. We informed them that we were told that they will help us with the loan and also amount is refundable, they are denying it and saying that how can u believe the word of mouth and y didnt u read the form.

We seriously need help regarding this as our hard earned money is stuck with them.

Very unprofessional way of dealing with customers.

First they promised me that I could get desired units, then they call me and give four options to choose in VTP Sierra. After that they promised refund of token amount within 15 days from request, and it's been 43 days and token hasn't been refunded yet.

Don't go for them, these folks are unprofessional, unethical and non-transparent.

I had visited vtp project, flats are really spacious. I was assisted by Annu singh. The service was really very good. Due to some reasons I couldn't go further, but if anyone interested pl do visit once.

I had gone to purchase a flat at VTP Skylights. Annuu Singh was the sales rep. She was awesome and I went ahead and made token payment.

Due to certain reason, I donor go ahead with my purchase, however Annuu fully assured me that I will get my token back, and sure enough, I got a cal from her confirming that my refund cheque was ready andI got back my full amount.

Great service. Very cooperative staff. Will consider buying property with VTP because of this very nice experience ????

Due to Local and others feedback we have rejected this projects, though we have visited. other projects like skylight also they have a very poor construction, within 2 year the building got damaged. I am not going to recommend this at all.

We had booked the slot between 3-4 for site visit for VTP Sierra for their ongoing project in Baner. We reached there around 3:30.We were asked to wait, after couple of minutes they sent us to see the presentation which were full of images n with very less explanation by sales representative that too we happened to realise that the explanation was for her own client not for the clients sitting in room.

Then we again checked on reception if they can allocate someone to us to show sample flat. We were informed no one has been allocated to us yet.No worries, within 5-10 mins we had a sales representative to take to show sample flat but we don't know for what reason he assigned that task too other representative who was around him. It was clearly seen the other person has no interest to take a tour on ready to show flat.he dropped us there n left in between, we spent around 10-12 mins, we took a tour , we didn't like anything neither there was anyone to explain what plan the flat has been built with or if we have any questions.

After leaving from the sample flat, we met our representative who asked did you see the flat n we responded we saw literally everything!!!

Upon telling you were not there to see explain us, he said he had gone to other client so let me tell them

"Boss we were also your client, we also had taken out time to ensure we are reaching their on committed time, n we were expecting your equal time and attention to take a decision if we should put our hard earned money to grow your business.but your attitude spoke a lot n made us realised you do not need clients.Just to you people were not gifting me the flat even I would have paid fairly for any purchase if I would have or thought of being made.!!!

Please don't invest money in VTP it's very bad experience.. I have token the amount and now it's more than 1 month done but still no updates every time I need to take follow up.. Also, they don't care about customer always you need to ask update..it's genuine experience.. Pls don't buy..

Its most worst Builder I ever seen. Very un professional staff from Head to the ground, internal as customers communication gap with the, giving false commitment, not responding to the customers email & phone calls. There are many other good builder in Pune don't invest your hard earn money in any project they are totally failed with their commitment which they had given while booking the flats. If any one wants the review pls put ur no I will call you back and give the brief.

Pathetic experience with VTP group. From their CEO level to CRM to Executive level no body takes the accountability to solve our ongoing problems. We invested our hard earned money at VTP Purvanchal just to be played by them. Their project which started in 2017 has not been completed it.
