Nice experience peaceful place feels relaxing. all facilities are good I feel good .lovely view .front view is also good . overall nice experience with gulmohar development!.

Lot of false promises and no proper plan for parki

Guys beware of the false promises and commitment from Gulmohar executives. They will be very sweet only until u book the flat and once you are in their project they will not talk to you properly and when you will question then about their promises and commitments then they will threaten you to see you in court.


Their parking is so worst that there is no driveway.


Their engineers and supervisor are very arrogant and will always talk in threatening manner.


Most importantly they are making fool by asking new home buyers to sign Apartment agreement so that society can not form co-opetative housing society going forward which will only benefit builder and not to the flat owners.

Gulmohar(Helios) Developer is not good to provide parking.


The car parings are charged 2 Lakhs however is not worth. 1 car and bike cannot be accommodated in the parking.


The society looks full of cars.


Project: Gulmohar Renaissance


Parking: Struggling to manage with in less area. No visitor parking.


RO system: Was committed on paper but still not provided.


Builders executive use arrogance voice while we talk about issue.

Our society had so much problems because of builder(Gulmohar Development) only,

  1. Lift wasn't working for 20-25 days because of quality of the lift, Society actually repaired multiple times in years.

  2. as per current scenario builder took so much time to deliver to society but still no luck, he ate all maintenance charges with security deposit under some false repair done in society.

  3. No fire safety equipments are implemented.

  4. Car& 2 wheelers parking issues.

  5. So society were paralyzed due to this and all the amenities were dumped in garbage.

  6. Everyone was crying.
