Hello guys! I am sharing my views on buiders and developers that is Vigneshwara Developers of gurgaon. My friend booked a flat from this buiders and developers before 2 years and till now does not get possession. As they promised to him that possession will be give within 6 month but they cheated him.

He give the booking charges to those builders and now his dream of getting the possession in flat has been broken by these builders. They are fraud who rob peoples and cheated them by taking a lot money. Also when I talked to many peoples about these builders then everyone answers is that they are cheater and fraud. Also the services of them is very bad and dopes not give parking space in flat. Also flat are not furnished and you ownself do many changes in flat.

Staff courtesy is very bad of them. Then my friend told me that never trust on these developers.

And I am also not recommend you poeples these fraud developers.

Guys we easily say to anyone that it is fraud without aware any truth.

so if we talking about vigneshwara developers, it is really a fraud company to its venders, clients, and tenders.

my eldest brother got a tender from him for complete glass work in its project after complete his tender, he did not received any amount of money, almost 4 yr ago.

if we talking about its client and project, neither they getting their property possession or nor they got any delay interest.

so according to me guys pls dont invest with this builder.

Vigneshwara Developers had not even committed fraud with single individual but with thousands of people and cheated them in dreams of home, offices and even guaranteed assured returns, even those post dated cheque got bounced. More then 500 cases of 138 NI Act are pending against him and 100 of FIR's in various Police Stations and EOW Cells .

Three cases were registered against Vigneshwara Developers for cheating and criminal conspiracy.Sushant Lok police booked Sunil Dahiya, Sanjay Dahiya and Darayo Singh Dahiya for allegedly duping of iRs 160 crores.

I had invested in a 500sqft. office space in Manesar: An investment which has not proved fruitful.

This is to inform you that Vigneshwara Developers without any prior information to its customer stopped the payment of the PDC for the month of March 2014. On enquiry with its customer care dept.

I was informed that it was due to the defaulting of Service Tax payment by the builder & the clients were requested to clear the one time payment to the Service Tax authorities at the earliest so that the Builder could release the new cheque for the month of March 14 & subsequently other PDCs for the FY 2014-15 will be released but in spite of our making prompt payment of our portion of the Service Tax Builder has so far failed to issue any PDCs to its clients. It is a gross violation of the Terms & Conditions of the Agreement signed between the buyer & the builder.

I understand that over Rs. 1000/- crores have been mismanaged by the Management of this group. Some of the investors like me have invested our Retirement funds in this FRAUD company.

It is requested with the Judiciary of our country to kindly look into this fraud and take suitable action to get back the investor's hard earned money. All the property & assets of this group should be forfeited & auctioned to recover the investors money.

I would like to bring  to your attention,  cheating and forgery done by Sunil Dahiya, managing director of Vigneshwara Developers, .

I have not  received my assured return  from Feb 2014 on wards. Chq  for July, 2014 was  bounced. Company is not paying me as per contract for the assured returns from March 2014 onwards. I am fearing that  owner of this company will run away with my money . Kindly take action now so as he is not able to leave the country and run away  with hard earned money . He  has cheated people with around 1000 cr .

In April itself  this Builder has bullied me and collected  Rs 2.5 Lakh  so as he can issue  post  ated chq, however his chq  bounced. Enclosed Pl. find a copy of chq  which have bounced.

Requesting you to   take quick action . Mr Sunil Dahiya  is  still continue  selling property   to other buyers, his web site is still working and after duping  thousands, there is no end  his cheating is going on .

This person is a  well-trained  cheater, There are newspaper reports too   for his  cheating .  He  has robbed Rs 2.4 Lakh  from me in April itself this year and  doing  the same with others.

Whereas  his chq  given to me for  July has bounced and  March to June he has not paid the assured return . This person has collected  80 Lakh  from me . I have all the receipts  and this was   a hard earned money which was paid by my NRI a/c in India .Pl. treat this matter urgent as  we fear builder  is going  to escape.

All these employees, Bhavana and Pooja are partners in crime and help in  this fraud. There are several people  who has lost the money in this scam.

I invested with Vigneshwarwa developwell pvt ltd 2012, march 2014 they stopped paying interest without any notice and there customer service doesn't exist.

I am still waiting for a reply from Vigneshwara's. When I invested my dear friend was very impressed with what Vigneshwara was showing and now we are in the same boat I wish them well and they must honour their commitment.

Vigneshwara developers, (Director Sunil Dhaiya) is a fraud company. There are several cases against them pending in Saket court and others. They have duped lot of investors of their hard earned money just like us.

Hi,

After investing in FDs, mutual funds, I was looking for the property where I could have invested my money. And as I am from Gurgaon so looking for the properties in the same city.

I discussed with my friends and then took the market review I found I could invest in Vigneshwara, so I contacted them and they told me about their plan of assured return of 12%.

I thought lets try this now and I invested the money in Vigneshwara's Property Aquarius Business Park, Sector 35. I did this 7 months back and still I am getting my returns as in monthly cheques. That's really good.

Vigneshwara Developer is a cheated company in Gurgaon I know u are sale and marketing person and you need lead for Vigneshwara. Sudhar jao.

This company will close soon. I know the actual facts of Vigneshwara Company because I am working with Vigneshwara Company in Gurgaon HO.

They create fake commitments and just need money from clients there is NO construction plan, NO Delivery Date. All two projects stopped from last more than 5-6 year's as it is position is wahi OLD photograph of site with same price Rs.5500 / 7000 / - 12000/.

I have Invested in 500 Sq ft Retail Space in Vigneshwara's Project in Manesar. I am getting my returns on time, It is one of the professionally managed company which makes transparency and trust among Customers.There are negatives in the market which is not more than a rumor..

Very much satisfied with the investment, looking forward to make investment in Vigneshwara's New Project.

Vigneshwara is a great developers of Gurgaon. He is the first developers of Gurgaon who came with 12 % assured returns. We are very particular on the assures returns if we have issued cheque to the client that cheque will not be bounced because it's digitally signed by city bank.

It seems lots of Staff of Vigenshwara developers are here. Can anyone clarify the current status on the DTCP order in which Vigneshwara loses licence to develop cyber park due to non payment of 36 crore for ECD IDC, and order.
