Ar group is a big time fraud. They will project themselves as the builder. But actually they are broker. They will purchase some of the flats from the builder in low rates and sell them with high rates. Before selling they will say that they or their relative/brother is building the apartment.

However, the story is fake. They will ask you to book soon by showing false demand. After the booking and registration they will treat you like unknown. They won't do the works that you might be demanded before buying and they will say that builder will do that. They will ask you to contact the builder guy for the things to be done.

As you have not bought the flat directly from the builder, the builder will also delay in your work as he will give priority them to whom he directly sold the flats. Don't buy from AR group. They are big time cheater, they are actually a broker kind of thing. Good idea is, note the flats  that they say that they are building but contact the original builder if you are interested and do deal with the main builder.

My self Nirmal Upadyay I had booked a 2BHK flat in AR Group Bangalore. Initially I had a big doubt in mind whether I should buy the flat or not from hear. I was a little bit confused which real estate builders I should go with to buy.

I saw an advertisement on newspaper about AR Group Bangalore and saw that it was a new real estate company and they were still in the initial stage. So I was a bit worried whether to go to their office or not. I went ahead and booked a 2 BHK flat in the location of Shajapur Bangalore.

This is a big deal for me in my 30 year of life and in my family also. Thanks to AR Group for making it happen.

He is the biggest fraud in Bangalore.He will behave as if he is the owner first.Until we go for registration we will not get to know the truth.Once we complete the registration, he will start showing his real face.He will finish the structure first by using low quality stuffs and the quality is worse.

So at any point he will not start the bookings until he finishes the structure.He will say like all the bookings are done and so many stories.and make us to do the payment fast.Once we do the payment he will treat us like pigs.he will not finish up the work on time.and mess the things like anything.Never go for this guy.Even if the money is higher always go with known builder.You can trust the building etc .There are so many builders.plz go for them but never this guy.
