Sudha Reddy fraud Builder. They are looting money from customers and not returning money. We are struggling to get our own money. Their whole team is involved in the fraud. They will definitely suffer as appropriate time will come for them. Please don’t invest in your dream as we are waiting for our since 2 years.

Whole team (BM Sudha Reddy, Prasad Reddy (Sudha’s brother), Ravindra Reddy, Pramod Kumar Das, Parker Henry, Sujay- Bank agent) are involved in their frauds. Be cautious: they are BIG fraud builder and I would advice that not to deal with them in your dream as you will be suffering later on for sure. Please Don’t be Greedy as they will be selling villa in a lil bit lesser price compared to market price which is very big trap. We are struggling to recover our own money since 1.7 years (June 2022), visited multiple times in her HSR office and still there is no resolution till now. They are not paying my entire money back. We need to go with legal process as Sudha Reddy will keep on giving excuses that I am in hospital or someone passed away in her family. She will keep on postponing the dates. Don’t invest in this or their new project SKR Garden which is in electronic city as they will be keep on doing the same frauds with customers, sell same villa and take money from multiple customers and make customers life hell. Your peace will go away from your life. I request everyone strictly not to invest in their projects ever. It’s a BIG No to all the customers who are looking for property.

SKR Builders are none other than Sudha Krishna Reddy.Number 1 fraud builder. they sell villas without even getting RERA

I don’t understand how come this project #SKR Builders have good reviews in any of the site, they are all fake trust me people, I have been there . its the worse, they have not completed any of the amenities in 2 years, just go and talk to people there, this builder #SUDHA REDDY #FRAUD has sold single villa to multiple customers now they are struggling for their hard earned money. There family is suffering, you can see reviews on this site only with same above experience. Everyone there has some or the other problem but this lady #sudha reddy doesn’t care about anyone other than herself. Worst builder #SUDHA REDDY WORST #SKR BUILDERS NEVER BUY ANY PROPERTY OF SKR BUILDERS I REPEAT NEVER, I have seen one review and SKE was known as MAYUR BUILDERS earlier and those reviews are also pathetic

Please do not buy any SKR builders property. Sudha Reddy, she is the biggest fraud I have ever met, Sudha Reddy is only interested in money, she will take your money on the name of booking and never return if you want it back after seeing reviews or doing some research. They are the same frauds earlier known as Mayur Builders

Sudha is the biggest fraud. I request all if you want peace in your life just don’t invest in any of SKR builder properties or else you will have to loose your peace, money, happiness and don’t know weather you will get the SKR property or not.

I can tell surely all the 5 star reviews are fake. I don’t know how come she has come this far with the amount of hate she is getting from the SKR residents. in the process I have spoken with one of SKR builder resident and I got to know its waste of money, works are pending from years. They will take your money and then never pick up your call literally never. saying again never invest in SKR Builders all your money will be gone.

I have the legal due diligence and got a positive feedback from my lawyer.

I paid a token amount to SKR Infra in exchange of the legal documents, which was totally refundable. I changed my mind after reading the document and finding the property was named "Mayur Meadows" and they changed the name of property afterward. If we check reviews of Mayur Group, the former name of SKR Infra, they shook the root of trust we had on the developers. We tried to talk to them about the same but they are saying we have already wasted enough time on you guys.

Now the builder is not taking the call or replying to my emails and has clearly told they will not refund the amount.

Also, They don't have their office at the location which they have shown on their website.

Visited the site. Project looks promising for future growth as prestige and Godrej are on the vicinity . Lots of Schools are nearby. Planning to book. I have attached one pic of my kids whi started playing cricket there.

I visited the site recently and it looks good to me . Planning to book.Price wise they are very competitive. Floor plan and master plans look good.

I have visited nearby project also prices are too much. Glad to hear that Godrej and prestige has come on that area.

I think I have taken a wise decision and also have got my lawyer opinion and its positive.

Good villa project. North facing plan is good. what attracted me was the plan quite big bedrooms. roads are wide and good ventilated villa.

Good project and it is next to prestige upcoming 300 acres smart city. good investment opportunity. the cost wise is good fi someone is looking for villa.

The only negative I see its little off main road, but godrej also have launch apartment project in the same vicinity I guess future is good for that location.

Visited the site last week and had a great experience, Overall project is good for the price they are asking. Decent size villa with lot of ventilation and well lite.

Happen to be my first home hope things go smooth and they deliver what they are showing.

Lot of open space and all villas are well lite and ventilated. ample space for kids and elders to rome around. I liked it and its complete vastu .

I have booked a villa with then almost 8 month back and till now haven't face any kind of trouble with them. Team is good and help me a lot in my finances and modification. I recommend SKR meadows.

Good project & well designed. I was looking for vastu homes and it meets the requirement and also fits in the pocket. The best part is the balcony and the full open terrace. If you merge the utility and the kitchen the kitchen becomes huge more than the size of bedroom. Also they allow internal modification. Overall the project looks good and affordable.

Hi when I visited the first time was skeptic about the construction timelines but few more visit made the things clear. Every time I visited saw a new milestone in construction. Till today I have made 5 visits and now find ok .

The other things which excite me is the plan and the layout. Well ventilated villa with vastu. I have visited their model villa recently finishing and fixtures look good.

Price is also reasonable. Will be booking lets hope things go well.
