We strongly advise caution when engaging with Sudha Reddy and her associates, including Prasad Reddy. Once payment is made, they have a pattern of significantly delaying projects. This includes missing multiple deadlines, often without providing a revised completion date. Common excuses include unavailability of materials, lack of labor, insufficient cooperation from partners, or, most unprofessionally, claims that they will prioritize your work only after receiving payments from other clients due to financial constraints.

Additionally, there are serious concerns about their business practices. It has been reported that Sudha Reddy has instructed her brother to intimidate and physically assault clients, with a documented police case filed against him last year.

Good space utilization. They have a good floor plan. By utlizing 1200sqft of ground area they have carved out 5 bedroom of decent sizes. They are also accomodating changes to souit one's taste with the internal structure.

Sudha Reddy : Have some fear of GOD. You can’t be able to digest customers hard earned money just like that. You have to pay for it for sure in this life only.

Be cautious: they are BIG fraud builder and I would advice that not to deal with them in your dream as you will be suffering later on for sure. Please Don’t be Greedy as they will be selling villa in a lil bit lesser price compared to market price which is very big trap. We are struggling to recover our own money since more than 2 years (June 2022), visited multiple times in her HSR office and still there is no resolution till now. They are not paying my entire money back. We have sent legal notice but she is still keep on increasing the dates as usual. Now only option left is we need to go with legal process as Sudha Reddy will keep on giving excuses that I am in hospital, come on Saturday, DD will come on 5/July or someone passed away in her family bla bla. She will keep on postponing the dates every time. Don’t invest in SKR AURA or their new project SKR GARDEN which is nearby electronic city as they will be keep on doing the same frauds with North Indian/ selected customers, sell same villa and take money from multiple customers and make customers life hell. Your peace will go away from your life. I request everyone strictly not to invest in their projects ever. It’s a BIG No to all the customers who are looking for property. Whole team (BM Sudha Reddy, B Prasad (Sudha’s brother), Ravindra Reddy (Shivanand’s brother), Pramod Kumar Das (Sales person), Parker Henry (Marketing person), Sujay (Bank agent) ALL are involved in their frauds. And blaming each other is simply their tactics to postpone and enjoying with customers hard earned money.

I was exploring the villa project. Got to know about SKR Gardens through facebook ads(happened in July 2023). After visiting the villas, it is beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of modern architecture and natural surroundings. The spacious layouts and high-quality finishes add a touch of luxury to each home.

The community is thoughtfully planned, with ample green spaces and well-maintained gardens that provide a tranquil environment. It's a great place for families, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.

I have booked a west facing villa in Sep 2023 and I liked the project for its space and simplicity. It resonates to Spanish theme they represent. Special thanks to marketing team for their support.

Just visited skr gardens villa project , my brother has purchased and it's nearer to electronic City work location

We sold a villa, deal is closed. Our customer is very happy because of good price.

I have visited SKR Gardens project today, I liked the Elevation. Just Simple and Elegant. We are looking for ready to move in, Anyway Villas are in completion stage, so we liked it and planning to purchase it. Team Srinivas also helped me to get good negotiations.
