Ruparel Vivanza is a decent project overall, but my experience wasn’t very smooth. The location is good and connectivity is fine, which is definitely a plus. The construction quality also looks okay, and the project has a modern design.

But there were delays in communication and I felt the team wasn’t very transparent about a few things. Some of the promises during the site visit didn’t match the actual details later. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad choice but it’s also not something that impressed me too much.

It’s an average project. If they improve their customer service and transparency, it could be much better.
