I bought a flat in wf48 in 2019 and still the flat is not even half way thru.

They don't have the approval yet to build above 14th floor and the response of the office bearer is arrogant and one sided to sat the least.

Need resolution so that I don't lose my hard earned money.

The Government need to intervene and help 100s of owners out of this mess.

There is a need for all owners who are suffering to come together.

I am a proud owner of a villa plot in Ozone Urbana Township. The villa plot itself is nothing short of amazing. It is situated in a prime location within the township, with stunning views of the surrounding lush greenery. The layout of the plot is excellent, and the dimensions are perfect for building a beautiful home. The entire township is meticulously planned, with wide roads, well-manicured lawns, and ample open spaces. The amenities provided by the builder are top-notch, and I am especially impressed with the 24/7 security, which provides a sense of safety and security for me and my family.

Ozone Urbana is a bankrupt and fraudulent builder fleecing innocent customers. Their projects are being delayed by over 3 to 4 yrs and none of their assurances are genuine.. buy it only at your own risk, if you have money to dump. Prevent any acquaintances to buy anything here. They show other buildings to fleece money from naive customers

I would personally love to meet every person who has left a positive review. It is a company full of deceit, unprofessionals who have fooled investors raising a huge loan with sky high promises and can neither return money nor complete the project. They dont pay their vendors, investors, bank, evade tax filing to Govt. Govt should intervene, liquidate the company and put the owners behind bars for all the money laundering and tax evasion they are doing daily. If there is negative rating, that is what they deserve. Srinivasan Gopalan, S Bhaskaran, Cyriac Joseph, Divya M, Susan Fernandez and the entire management team is nonresponsive. Please, do stay away from this dangerous company! And any of the companies trying to hire these people, pls know they have zero moral or ethical values.

Edits:20th May, Ozone Group wrote back below my google review they want to know about my issue and resolve it. Since then I have shared 3 follow up emails and there is Zero response!

Edits: 3rd August: New strategy of OZONE. They sell a flat on buy back then after Owner 1 takes loan, they take a cancellation note from Owner 1, do not repay the loan and sell the flat to Owner 2 who again takes a bank loan. So OZONE in the name of buyback of flat investment is actually selling the flats to multiple owners who are innocently taking loan for the same home. Are you still interested to proceed with #CHEATEROZONE?

We had booked a flat in ozone Urbana aqua 2 in 2013 and was promised possession in 2015. But till date no possession , no progress in construction and every year they keep saying next year ! Do anyone here facing same problem or know of any owners association which can help sort this matter ?

UNSPECIFIED DELAYS OF THE PROJECT. NO CONCRETE ANSWERS FROM STAFF OR MANAGEMENT ON PROGRESS.

PAID 95% UNTIL JUN 2018. SINCE THEN NO UPDATES. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO WISHES TO INVEST HARD EARNED MONEY
