Writing this review only for awareness of new buyers here. Check following points while booking flat:

  1. Check your parking before booking. Physically go and check which parking will be given for your flat. This is very important.

  2. Check flat quality(cracked/tilted tiles, faulty paint job, scratched/cracked windows etc.) minutely. Take as much time you need before but do confirm this.

  3. Any changes you wish to get done in flat get it done before booking. Do not go by verbal commitment of builder or salesperson. Get it either in writing or get it done before payment.
