Mohan nano possession date as per agreement was dec 2018 but builder failed to give possession on that date. When we asked regarding it to executives they gives unsatisfactory answers.According to agreement if builder failed to give possession on said date then he must pay whole amount with interest to flat owner but on this clause mohan excutives give some unsatisfied answers. If any member who already purchased home in nano dont pay 18 months maintenace to builder if he is not paying to you late fine of late possession.
