I booked a 4 BHK in Mantra Magnus, and the sale process was handled by Ms. Aishvarya. She was knowledgeable about the project and was able to explain the project in detail. What was more heartening was that she took help from her seniors in answering a couple of questions on which she was not clear. Normally you see Sales Persons giving answers just to close the deal, but found Aishvarya to be different ensuring customer satisfaction. The further onboarding by CRM team and Lease/Registry was also handled professionally.
