I gave five star because I had to. My husband and I were super excited to buy a flat at Kul Kumar Building and build a home in Pune. Our experience was amazing there were no problems with the flat that needed to be fixed. They were honest and trustworthy as they claimed. We checked the flat before buying and it definitely had no issues. After 2 years of living in the house we had a tile issue and we complained which was fixed immediately the very next day. They are very responsive in term of replying to their customers and treating them very specially.
