I booked a villa with Casa grand in 2022(Platinum), based on a clear commitment from their sales team that the project would be handed over by December 2023. I even insisted on a written confirmation, which they provided on their official letterhead. However, as of today, the project is still not handed over, and the customer relationship team continues to offer false promises without any real update. Most of the time, calls are ignored, or the same vague response is given: It will be handed over in a month.


Another major concern during the booking phase, we were assured that the Clubhouse and OSR(Open Space Reservation) would be exclusively for villa residents. Now, with the launch of Phase 2 apartments, these same amenities are being marketed as shared. This is a clear breach of original commitments.


The overall experience has been very disappointing. The construction quality is not up to standard, and the trust factor is completely lost.


I personally do not recommend Casa grand to anyone. Please do thorough checks and don't rely solely on verbal or even written commitments from them experience have shown they don't keep their word.


Buyers, beware.
