False promises, feeling betrayed by the sales team specially by Sales head Ms.shivkumari called her more than 50 times in a span of 1 month but not a single revert, Not replying to messages of our concern request we have requested for shifting the wash basin in kitchen slab as it is not located proper as per the buildup plan, So we requested to modify it during buying of flat to her and she given her assent to this during buying of flat but haven't considered even after repeated request and made it wrong, pathetic team we can say, Crm Ms.Manju is even more pathetic, not responding any help to customer just do timepass with customer and give false demand letter every time with no reason charging penalty on payment although after meeting with their senior Aditya it was revoked. But she can't help in any way but can waste your time very well. Still not able to understand why these guys are so customer unfriendly. They have promised to deliver it before deepawali. But till now they are giving every time a fresh dates.Pathethic Team I can say totally frustrated with their customer service
