Seepage issues and Tiles blotted to explode

Review on Alliance Humming Gardens, Kelambakkam, Chennai

Hi All,

I am the owner of Villa 625 - phase 2 in Alliance humming gardens, OMR.

It is with great disappointment and worry that I write this issue.

Alliance is very keen and would try to satisfy the customer only from the sales perspective. Once you get the house you are no more required and any issue will not be addressed.

There were lot of seepage concerns in Phase1 and alliance promised that it is rectified in phase2. But that is also not the truth.

I have 2 major issues at my house. There is constant seepage of water from the restrooms into the walls, the seepage is very worse in the roof / walls of the staircase. The water seepage has affected the tiles of the floor with stain.

The other major issue is that the tiles in the balcony has bulged and about to explode.

If it explodes, the surrounding glass in the balcony will be broken as well.

Multiple reminders, phone calls, email are all done considering the criticality of the situation. There was once a representative came and said that such issues are in phase 1 and it will not be resolved till all phase 1 is resolved.

This is never going to happen and we are in stress everyday with elderly people and kids at home.

Alliance is not bothered about the safety of the residents.

There is a devastating issue in the common road which they dug to provide water line for phase 3. They did not lie the concrete tiles properly and the road is sinking. Another hazardous situation for residents.

I am attaching the photos of all the above mentioned issues.

I would strongly recommend not to get a house in alliance humming gardens, OMR else you would be in the state I am.

Please pass on this to your well wishers and friends and let them know about the issues inside humming.

Please be cautious and remember AFTER SALES, ALLIANCE WILL NEVER BOTHER ABOUT THE CONCERNS OR SAFETY OF THEIR RESIDENTS
