The importance of LeptoConnect diet to get rid of
May 08, 2020 05:19 PM 406 Views

People search for things, materials, and components that rid the body of toxins and spend a lot of money for that, but in reality there is no product or substance that can outperform the water that makes every effort to do so with Leptoconnect supplement.

During the night the body works to collect and remove all the toxins in the body, and when you drink water in the morning on an empty stomach, this allows the expulsion and disposal of all of these toxins. The amount of additional water means more entering the bathroom.

Stomach acidity! This was from the past

Stomach acidity occurs when the acid level in the stomach rises and when enzymes rise and exit from to the esophagus through the annular cardiac muscle. Here, the role of water on an empty stomach can be used to reduce acidity. In the first place it works to strengthen the muscles i.e. prevents acid from rising along with reducing the acid level and reducing convulsions And others, all of this naturally without the need for drugs that have a negative effect on the process of digestion and lose its effectiveness over time.

A stronger immune system to better defend you

The lymphatic system is a network of organs and tissues that work to transfer white blood cells that fight infection and prevent its spread. Drinking water maintains a balance of body fluids along with cleansing and revitalizing the lymphatic system, which leads to raising and strengthening your body’s immunity, and therefore after committing to drinking water On an empty stomach, you will notice that your illness, colds, and infections become less and that the time your body takes to recover from them becomes shorter. LeptoConnect

Before thinking about paracetamol against headaches, drink water

Did you know that the main reason behind frequent and migraine headaches is dry body and lack of fluid? It''s like this, so before you think of taking two tablets of paracetamol or ibuprofen, you should drink a glass of water, and be sure to eat more throughout the day.

This is for drinking water during the day, but drinking water on an empty stomach ensures a safe, wet day for your headache and all the pain related to dehydration.

Note: Even with taking analgesics it is imperative to drink a large amount of water and avoid taking it without water or with small sips or with fluids other than water.

Too much energy and activity . too much

Drinking water on an empty stomach in the morning works to boost and stimulate red blood cell production, which leads to more oxygenation and energy production, so this amount of water can provide you with a lot of vitality and activity.

Besides the role of water in promoting red cells, the body in general will be healthier and more active as a result of getting rid of accumulated toxins and strengthening the immune system and other benefits guaranteed by water.

Of course your skin will improve and the problems will disappear

Let''s Begin! The skin is the body’s most affected by the low water level in the body, so problems begin to arise from dryness, crusting, flushing, etc., but the matter does not stop here because the accumulated toxins, digestive problems, and irregular bowel movement, in addition to the weak immune system and its inability to face infection, all this leaves its impact On the skin, including pills, spots, tanning, allergies, etc., of course, problems will disappear when the underlying cause is hidden, as a result of drinking water on an empty stomach, and you will have a more radiant complexion, radiance and vitality.

Even your hair will be more powerful and shine

Water makes up about 25% of hair and thus dehydration and lack of its quantity can play a very large and negative role for hair, such as problems of split ends and damage, because your hair has become weaker, and therefore if you want to get strong and shiny hair, increase its vitality and enhance its growth, you just have to make sure to provide The body with water, specifically on an empty stomach.

Prevents the excretory system problems

The kidney is the organ that does a lot to purify the blood from waste products, but it is the organ that cannot be cured by just getting sick, but protecting it is very simple only by drinking water. Water helps the kidneys to perform its function in addition to preventing the formation of stones(drinking water on an empty stomach reduces acids) That lead to the formation of stones), as well as protection from bladder infections and makes the disposal of waste and toxins easier and more effective.

Better digestion and more regular bowel movement

Regulating digestion and rebalancing stomach acids, in addition to controlling your appetite and preventing you from eating large amounts of food, all of which make digestion better and protect against hardness.

Besides, the water stimulates the bowel movement and contributes to getting rid of the sludge accumulated in the colon, which protects the problems of the small intestine, colon and rectum, and it is also considered a final treatment for constipation.

Make sure to drink water all the time, as it guarantees a lot. In particular, make sure to drink water on an empty stomach, even if it is difficult in the beginning, you must do everything you can until you remember to drink it.

No Dieting please, We are Indians!
Apr 13, 2020 10:44 PM 978 Views

Are you dieting?

If the answer is yes, then, you need to read my advice with a little more than casual interest. It can help you from torturing your body, for little gain.

I have never dieted in my life, and I don’t intend to in the future. My weight has always been commensurate with my height, which is how it should be. I eat everything on the table without being stressed about the consequences. Before you start getting any ‘unhealthy’ ideas, let me qualify my statement. I eat everything that is healthy and has an element of fibre in it.

I have many friends in my circle who, unfortunately had this ‘overweight’ problem. Dieting was a fad and people unabashedly discussed it as if it was some upmarket fashionable thing to do. There is so much of misinformation regarding dieting that it becomes difficult to pick the right thing to do. Even medical scientists didn’t exactly understand what dieting does to the body, that is, until recent times.

Dieting was the result of psychological decisions, not necessarily correct. People who were obese, or overweight often reacted to low self esteem, body shaming and depression. They took to dieting on the rebound, with a vengeance, and got trapped in a vicious circle. Dieting did nothing for them except give them a certain satisfaction that they were doing something about their obesity. Today, we are beginning to understand what dieting actually does to our body.

Dieting isn’t the best solution in the world:

Dieting leads to constipation. Constipation is not good for you as it tends to concentrate carcinogen rich toxins in your bowels or intestinal tracts, if neglected it can lead to the most dreaded disease of our times, Cancer, and that isn’t good news for you. Your best bet is to consume more un-skinned vegetables and fruits, which generally pack more fibre. The key word is ‘fibre’, look for foods which aren’t processed or refined and have sufficient fibre in them.

Dieting gives you, if at all; only short-term results and even these results at most are misleading. In addition, breaking the diet regimen can cause psychological problems like personal guilt and reduced self-esteem as if you’ve been in some way unfaithful to your own resolutions.

The external implications of dieting are that you make life difficult for your family members who are forced to bear with your singular eating habits. It isn’t the most conducive atmosphere if you want to be friendly with your family members. Dieting has always led to frustrations, either in you or in your family members. Not good if you want to lead a happy family life.

Low daily calories are not necessarily a good thing. Your body would be starved of the daily requirements of proteins and vitamins. Dieting makes you weak, not fit.

Dieting to lose weight seldom works in your favour. Losing weight is at the expense of your own body. It leads to digesting your own body tissues instead of food because your body does not know which parts it need to digest or which parts it needs to save. Hence, dieting can be counterproductive, and dangerous.

Further, excessive dieting for long periods can lead to muscle loss from any part of your body including your heart. This can lead to severe consequences, which could be avoided in the first place.

Your body, sometimes, works in peculiar ways. When on diet, the body tends to believe it is starving and reacts by actually saving fat, as fat is energy. It can lead to the onset of diabetes.

Dieting can lead to changes in body chemistry. The effects can be internal as well as external. It can reflect on your face, giving you a famished look, as well as lead to bad breath.

The effects of dieting are mostly negative. It makes you obsessed with food, and this craving can lead to breaking your own rules. You tend to follow it up with binge eating.

Those who are addicted to smoking, gutka, or any other habit tend to over compensate in trying to keep their mind off food. This can lead to drastic consequences like lung, throat, or mouth cancer.

Psychologically, we tend to regard food as a reward or compensation. As a result, we invariably look for occasions where we don’t feel guilty in ‘comfort eating’. A birthday, wedding, or any kind of celebration in the family is all it takes for us to unwind. And then, follows the inevitable depression.

Good, healthy eating doesn’t mean dieting, and neither the reverse is true. Starving yourself or limiting yourself to a pre meditated number of calories is not an effective way of managing your body requirements.

So, if you are contemplating dieting, throw that idea out of the window. You would be better off eating normal, than dieting. Though obesity has its problems, by no means dieting is a solution.

Dieting is popular because of the short-term results it gives. However, in the long haul, all your efforts at dieting will serve no purpose whatsoever.

Further, you may actually end up with more health complications than before.

Very bad dietician… waste of money and time
May 05, 2018 02:41 PM 2147 Views

Hi,

First of all, I am not a dietitian so don’t think I am business rivals of her. We are victim who paid money to her for diet plans and later on found she is not worth enough for it.

Don’t believe on dietitian Pinky Kataria, she have more than one FB accounts to do marketing and once you enrolled you will not get service for what you have paid for:

https://facebook.com/pinky.b.kataria

https://facebook.com/profile.php?id=100015419942241

https://facebook.com/disha.thakur.58910

https://facebook.com/dietitianpinky.kataria

website: https://dietitianpinky.com/

  1. She will give you pre-prepared unhealthy diet plans without checking your BMR and activities: She has few pre prepared diet plan and she forward same to all of his customers. She will not calculate calories/proteins requirement based on your body(BMR) and TDEE(Total Daily Energy Expenditure) and will suggest any plan which can have you very less calories intake than your BMR, which is not good for long term. When I asked about it she simply replied “I don’t count calories” etc etc.

  2. She will forgot about your health, activity condition: My wife told her many times she is now not feeding baby but Pinky will forgot it and will say something related to that and when my wife will remind her then she will try to skip that discussion or will provide some explanation which don't justify her earlier statement.

  3. She will not answer your query: She is super busy so once she received money she will not answer your queries. You have to fight with her to get answers of your queries. 4. No refund of remaining money: I asked her to return back remaining money(means cut the amount of days for which she already provided plan and return back remaining money). She will not pick up the phone. She will not return remaining money which she will never tell you before joining her program. I have all required screenshots of whatsapp chat to support my point but here I am not finding option to attache screenshot. If you want more information with screenshot you can drop mail to niteshtheone@yahoo.com.

Balanced diet is a need of the hour....
Jan 03, 2018 03:01 PM 1635 Views

Dear Readers,

The key to a healthy diet is to eat the right amount of calories and include all the important components of food i.e., proper amount of carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, fiber, and amino acids in your diet. We need everything in proper amount for a healthy body and mind and proper muscle growth of our body.

It is recommended that men have around 2500 calories a day and women need 2000 calories per day. However most of us eat more than what we need which leads to fat deposit in our body.

Here are some tips on how to have a balance diet;

  1. 1/3 of diet should contain starchy carbohydrates which is found in potatoes, bread, rice and pasta etc. Choose wholegrain varieties ans they have whole fibers which make you feel full for longer. Avoid oily food and creamy sauces as they increase the calorie count.

  2. Include fruits and vegetables in your diet. It is very important to contain the seasoned fruit in your diet. They have fibers and vitamins and have natural sugar in them which is very important for our body.

  3. We should eat at least 1 gram protein per pound body weight that is if you weigh 150 pounds you ought to have 120 gram protein daily. Protein is very important for muscle growth and fat loss. Protein is found in read meat, cheese, milk, eggs, pulses etc.

  4. Stop taking excess saturated fat. Too much saturated fat will increase the cholesterol in the blood, which increases the risk of heart disease. An average man should not have more than 30 gram saturated fat a day. It is found in hard cheese, cakes, biscuits, cream, butter and pies etc. Try to have unsaturated fat such as vegetable oils and oily fish.

  5. Cut down sugar in your diet. Regularly consuming foods and drinks high in sugar increases your risk of obesity and tooth decay. Sugary foods are also high in energy and contribute to weight gain.

  6. Apart from this eat less salt, drink 2 liters of water daily and never skip breakfast. Daily do some exercise and maintain healthy metabolism.

Your balanced diet should include fredh fruits, eggs, a good proportion of carbohydrates and protiens.

Eating fast food or foods that contain high amount of fats and oil should be avoided but having them once in a while if accepted.

Problems is a balanced diet is not followed?

1) People over eat and become obese which inturn leads to heart diseases, cancer, stroke, diabetes.etc.

The Balanced Diet I Prefer For Healthy Living
Mar 24, 2017 11:42 AM 1343 Views

Most of us are suffering from deficiencies of some thing or the other in our bodies. The manifestations of which may go unnoticed. Problems like hair loss, dull skin, acne, extreme tiredness, sleepiness are some of them. These tell tale signs should ring the  alarm bell  so that we start working to overcome these deficiencies. I have always tried to lose weight but have ignored the importance of a balanced diet. I’d go for vigorous workouts and eventually eat anything after being tired. And that made me lose nothing but my motivation towards losing weight. But we have to learn from our mistakes. So all my failed attempts led me to ponder upon the fact that all this while I had been ignoring my diet. Basically I was either not eating and not working out or working out heavily and eating a lot. So for a change, I thought of making my diet better and eat healthy. Gathering all the information on balanced diet, thanks to Google, I shortlisted a few points to include in my diet. These have been working ideally for me, I hope they can help you too. So here are my few tips for a balanced diet.

  • Include all the macro nutrients in your food plan. These are basically the foods with proteins, fat and carbs. For example: whole grams, dals, chickpeas, peas, lentils, beans, peanuts, milk, eggs, fish, and meat.

  • Your diet should cover the micro nutrients that are the sources for vitamins and minerals. So include fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Also, I have found that there may be different nutrient requirements for men and women. That is why there should be separate balanced diets. So work out a plan accordingly.

This has helped me with my deficiencies, I’d suggest that you should give it a try too.

A balanced diet implies a healthy life.
Mar 05, 2017 09:31 PM 1382 Views

A balanced diet is the diet which includes all nutrients in right proportion. It helps us to live a healthy life whiout diseases. The first ingredient is carbohydrates which include rice, wheat bread etc.which give instant energy to work.Itx amount depends on age and type of work done by s person .Adults require more carbohydrates than children or old people.Similarly, a labourer or construction worker needs more carbohydrates than a person working gor 8 hours in a company. The next nutrient to be included is fats .Fats are to be taken in smaller quantity as they do take some longer time to be digested and when taken in larger quantity get deosited and lead to obesity. They also give energy but are utilised when there is lack of carbohydrates in body .Its main sources are oils, ghee butter etc.The next is protiens. These help in repairing worn out tissues and creating new ones. These are mostly present in pulses, milk, eggs.Protiens are very important for growing children.Their lack may result in slow body growth or lack of energy in children or even adults. The fourth main nutrient is vitamins and minerals.Their main sources are fruits and vegetabled .Their deficiency causes deficiency diseases.A glass of mango milk shake has almost all nutrients. So try it this summer.

Two more nutrients to be included in a healthy diet are roughage and water.Water helps in maintaining body tenperature and proper digestion .Roughage helps in properr bowel movement and prevents constipation.Eat lots of greens to get adequate amount of roughage.

I hope I was useful.Thanks.
