We guys must follow a perticular diet plan by the consult of doctor


We must eat more fruits when we ar in diet


Thise will ballance our body


Regular work out must be there


We must sweat a lot and louse our fat of our body


Becoming fat is also not good for body

Tips.


1.Eat lots of vegetables and fruits.


2.Eat more fish as it has Omega 3 in it.That helps to loose weight.


3.Cut down saturated fat and sugar.


4.Eat less salt.No more than 6g a day.


5.Get active do exercises and be healthy.


6.Dont


get thirsty.


7.Drink more water as how much you can.


8.Do not skip your breakfast.You don't have to do crash diet.


9.Oily food should be very less You have to use olive oil for cooking.


10.Do not eat more food again and again only eat 3 times a day with complete healthy meal.

1) Eat a variety of a food 2) enjoy plenty of fruits and vegetables 3) drink plenty of fluids 4) Eat regularly 5) Eat moderate portion-reduce, don't eliminate foods 6) calculate your nutritional needs 7) Eat what you want 8) load up on a wide variety of differently colors vegetables and fruits 9) Eat the right fats; avoid or minimize the wrong fats. 10) drink the right stuff; skip the wrong water rules. When it comes to protin- aim for quality not just quantity.

Balance diet is nothing but give you all the nutrition in right proportion. Nutrien are carbohydrate, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and fibre. If your meal have all these nutrition then it is called a balance meal. Don't eat so much at one time eat little food but four time a day.


Rice, wheat, ragi contain carbohydrates.


Daal, legumer, dairy products, meat contain proteins.


Fruits and vegetable contain vitamins, minerals and fibre.


Be sure to include milk, curd and buttermilk in your diet.

Now days health care is a mager problem for everyone into people facing problem of health someone thought that they are very fat and some one thought they are very slim.


Its depand on your diets what u take.


If you want to be a good healt you have change your diet schedule.


In morning you should take a heavy breakfast like oats and fruits or cornflax plz dont take oily food at morning


At 12: 30 to 1.00pm


You should take lunch and drinking watwr after 1 hour of taking lunch.


At 4 pm you should take snakes


Like tea biscute


At 6: 30 to 7: 00pm


You should take dinner.


At 9: 00 pm you solud take milk


Itsss a proper diet chart

We should take care of our balance diet regularly to be fit.


Everything in the daily life is good for as and important but with regular intervals and time to take and use.


We should wake aleast one kilometre in the mornings to be fit and fine.


We should do exercise daily in the morning and then take a rest and eat fruits and take juice daily in the morning and take one glass of milk with eggs and toast in the morning and then take rest for a while and work

Here are a few tips that should help you on the way:


1) EAT BREAKFAST. So many of my friends don't eat breakfast when they are dieting and I don't think they understand that that is worse for them. Having breakfast gets your metabolism going, which starts burning off fat as soon as you eat something. Another thing is that it means you are less likely to snack later in the day as you wont be as hungry.


2) Eat at mealtimes and only when you are hungry in between. When you do fancy a snack, have something yummy yet healthy, like pineapple or flap jacks.


3) If there is one food you really love, save it for special treats. Now me personally, I'm a bit of a sucker when it comes to chocolate. I love the stuff. However having it as a special treat makes it even more enjoyable as I don't eat it all the time.


4) Do exercise little and often. Start off with a gentle jog round the block and slowly build up to bigger and better things. If you have a Nintendo Wii, invest in Just Dance 3 as it is a great way to burn calories and have fun without leaving the comfort of your living room. Maybe try a Zumba class. These are relatively cheap and great fun.


5) See a Doctor or Diet Expert. This is the best way to loose weight as a doctor or expert really know what is the best diet plan for you to lose weight quickly and healthily. They will be really proud of you wanting to loose weight so don't feel embarrassed about asking for help : )

Planning meal is quite hard lemme do it for you easy and very fascinating.We all want a healthy balanced diet plan but planning meal is very difficult we are all confused about how to follow a healthy balanced diet.We should all start our metabolism by including PROTEIN at breakfast choose from eggs salmon or dairy because we burn more calories digesting protein rather than a zinger burger so by eating PROTEIN BREAKFAST it keeps you fuller for the longer and then we can take fewer calories


Drink plenty of water.atleast 6-8 glass


satisfay the need for energy by eating fruits.or dried fruits salted nut or seeds will provide protein


Slowly reduce sugar in your diet


Avoid sugary drinks


Avoid packaged food


Eat healthier snacks.check labels and choose low-sugar product


Bulk up on fiber use high dietary fiber it can help you stay regular and lower risk of heart diseases and lose your weight


Reduce salt intake


Get active 150 minutes exercise a week


Eat atleast 5 portions of vegetables a day


A BALANCED DIET CAN LOWER THE RISK OF DISEASE


And illness taking good meal and exercise will help maintain a healthy life style

I saw some tips here about diet and I must say that's very useful.l am also diet conscious so I am going to share my diet by that I try to make my body balanced.

  1. First thing in the morning is 2 glass of warm water with honey and lemon.

  2. Then I used to drink vegetable juice but it depend on my mood because if you drink all day same think then you will bored just after some days.

  3. I love my breakfast just after half n hour of my juice. And I love Indian breakfast like poha.upma.paratha with coffee.

4 . Its lunch time here one chapati and one bowl yogurt or buttermilk with sabji.

  1. Green tea with some snack

  2. Early dinner with light food.

And after that if I feel hungry then I drink milk.


This is my almost diet which I shared, this is just for maintaining my body.

A balanced diet means getting the right types and amounts of foods and drinks to supply nutrition and energy for maintaining body cells, tissues, and organs, and for supporting normal growth and development.


The most important step to eating a balanced diet is to educate yourself about what your body needs, and to read the nutrition label and ingredients of all the food you eat.


Follow a balanced diet that is low in saturated and trans fats, cholesterol, added sugars, salt, and alcohol, such as the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. .


Balance your calorie intake with exercise. Slowly decrease the amount of calories you take You must exercise to prevent gradual weight gain over time. Exercise regularly and reduce activities in which you sit(such as watching TV).


Eat 2 cups(4 servings) of fruit and 2 1/2 cups of vegetables(5 servings) per day for an average 2, 000-calorie per day diet.


Eat 3 ounces or more of whole-grain products per day.


Consume 3 cups per day of fat-free or low-fat milk or milk products.


Get fewer than 7% of calories from saturated fatty acids.


Avoid trans fatty acids, which are unhealthy fats. They are found in fried foods, commercial baked goods such as donuts, cookies, and crackers, in processed foods, and in margarines.


Limit cholesterol intake to less than 300 mg/day.


Make total fat intake no more than 20 - 35% of calories. Choose "good" fats such as fish, nuts, and vegetable oils containing polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fatty acids. Lean, low-fat, or fat-free meats, poultry, dry beans, and milk or milk products are preferable. Total fat intake can approach 35% if most of the fats are "good" fats.


Stay away from added sugars.


Consume fewer than 2, 300 mg(approximately one teaspoon of salt) of sodium daily, and limit added salt when you prepare food.


Do not consume more than 1 alcoholic drink per day for women, 2 per day for men. Certain people should not drink any alcohol.

Ectomorph persons metabolic rate very fast thats why they become weak and skinny person.


Mesomorph person metabolic rate slow thats why thry look nice.


Endomorph person metabolic rate controlled thats why they look fatty person.


We have to take diet after observing this ectomorph skinny gays take most protein diet and eat more and more becouse metalbolic rate is very high. and mesomorph gays take controlled diet fot his health and body. Endomorph person must take controlled diet because there metabolic rate very slow thats way he will grow of fat very fast.

First of all never skip break fast because people's think break fast does't matter but honestly breakfast matters more than dinner


So, if you wanna healthy body do yoga and aasan because that's the easiest way to live Healthy. you can go daily park.


Drink water and eat apple because one apple daily keeps doctor away and best way to lose weight is drink more and more water.

Everyone want to healthy fitness of in any condition and much muscle.


Like body builder and macho man.


I will tell you how to balanced your diet.


First thing is when you wake up in the morning, drink a litle hot water with lemon, after drink it doing some exercise for digestion system.


Aways doing yoga and Aasan in the morning.always eat fruit in both time morning and evening.


Drink milk daily for strong bone because calcium are very important thing for our bone.


Take daily vitamin materials like apple, banana etc.


Daily drink water as you like but approx 4litter per day.


If you listed these tips on your diet chart schedule than your diet are very good and balanced.

Is you wanna grow lean muscle without gaining fat then you are on right place


After getting up from your bed have a lemon tea


In breakfast have oats in whey protien


In brunch have lots and lots of fruits


In lunch have ommlett of 6 white eggs only


Then if you do workout in evening have 3 whole eggs before workout and then hit your gym


After gym have your protien shake and 1 banana


In dinner have green vegetables and one chapati only


Before bed have one glass of milk and almonds and 2 boild eggs

Hello friends. I am going to share some tips on healthy balance diet. eating the right amount of food and range of food. and we have to take tomato based sauces and lots of green veg high in fibre avoid cremy and deep fried food and have a cup of yogurt with meals it has zero carbs, sugar and fat and ear brown breat instead of white bread. and dont take pakodas instead take baked chivda and poha. and pulses its consists of minerals, protine and fiber pulses are very helpful and effective for weight loss once you include in your daily diet the extra kilos almost never come back and in fruits choose oranges and apples full of fibre and keep digestive system proper. so with these diet be healthy and fit.and advice to others.
