As every one knows that food is one of the most important thing in each and every individuals life more over every one is earning for food. But there must bu a limitation on what we are taking as a diet. taking less diet is also not good and taking excess of diet is also not good for health . There must be a proper diet system in every individual if he /she wants to be healthy there should be some limitation in breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner we should not take over even if our favorite food is served to us. Because that extra quantity only effects on our health. Because being healthy is the only key of being happy.
