We must take balanced diet for our proper health. It must contain carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals. The carbohydrates are needed for giving energy, proteins are required for repairing damaged cells, vitamins are needed for prevention of diseases, and minerals like calcium are required for our strong bones. Our diet should be such that it nourishes it and we are able to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our hair must also get nourishment from it.
