Hello friend today I Anubhav Rawat will tell you about my personal experience with this hard disk last last month I have bought this hard disk from flipcart.

The service of there totally bad they didn't know how to talk with customers and how to convince them to buy.

The look of this hard disk is also bad.

Memory that is given by this hard disk is very low to store data it carry more space then the actual data of it carry.

Money they take from us as we compare to this money from its feature then it is so less I can't tell you.

Overall the performance of the hard disk is worst.

Hello friend today I Anubhav Rawat will tell you about my personal experience on this W D my Cloud EX2 ultra 4 GB last month I have bought this product from amazon this was too costly as per other hard disk but I bought this hard disk because of its good features.This hard disk design was too bad than other this take lot of time In installing this creates lot of problem.The service of this was not good.Staff are not friendly with buyers they don't know how to talk with customers.Overall the performance of this hard disk is not so good as you accepted.At the last I want to recommend you to not to buy this product first check all the feature then think for purchasing.

First off, a quick background on My brother is, he is a network engineer and his job is to manage and configure networking products on Daily basis. This SAN is not stable when it is on an network. This means that for the first couple of days, you can connect to the dashboard from your network and remotely, but after that it goes missing from every point of connection, meaning you cannot connect to the unit or dashboard regardless of what you do. The worst part about this is that all the information on the little blue screen located on the unit shows every thing is working fine. There is a physical power button in front of the unit but it does not do anything regardless of how long you hold it. For those who buy it please save your money.

WD- western digital is a popular brand for Hard disks.

WD 4 TB cloud is a wonderfull stylish hard disk but its cost is very high for 4TB storage.

This Hard disk having 2 years warranty and is that hard disk is very slow to data moving and writing.

Its not easy to install and its needed external power for hard disk running.

Its having gigabit ethernet lan port also but its worthy in this hard disk.

Its having USB 3.0 version but also its very slow loading.

This cloud is using in laptop computers and smart TVs also. Using this hard disk for see videos and movies in smart TVs.

Is that well product but its very hanging and slowly working its only a problem in this hard disk other wise its features also good.

Its cost is very high for this features.

Not bad product but its not worthy.

Hi friends today I want to review about WD my cloud ex2 ultra 4 TB , friends its a really a expensive hard disk you can easily get it in lesser price from local market.

I bought this because I think lets invest and see but its not worth for me lots of people will told me that you purchase it at very high price.

but I think its ok but not easy to install its take to much time even it weight was heavy.

I think I did a rong choice because my friend raaj taken 4 tb hard disk at just 19000 of another company with same features and its working properly no problem in that.

friends before purchase ask to your senior or search in your local market.

All is good with this device but am not verry happy with the final outcome. the data trancfer rates are not good 8mbps mostly. what really look me by surprise is the customer care. within 11months of purchase. I got the critical warning that tha fan has stopped working. the customer care is cold blood asked

I want to tell some review about this hard disc. I bought this product through one online shopping website. It is 4tb but cost was too high which is than 20k.

However I bought this product because of its good features. For me it was not user friendly and took more time to install it in my laptop. Its performance is too slow.

The backup feature is there which we can save more data for long time. But it's design is not at all good. It is very big in size and very difficult to keep in cabin or computer room. It is space consuming.

Service and support is good. Once I got one complaint we called them and informed. So they came to my home and repaired it. But its complaints are more and sometimes it should stuck for some time which is irritating us.

Value of money is not worth. Because with this money we can get more than one hard disc which is better than this.

Staff assistance is good but very limited availability. So overall I am not happy with this hard disc with full of complaints.

Althougj its a good produ t if the price and other factors are ignored overall its not at all a value for money product.First of all I have returned this product back to amazon just after 2 days and its my luck that I havent face any issue in the return but the reason of returning was simple and it is that I felt I have paid way too high for the hard disk I mean seriously guyz its a 4TB HDD and its external but the price is very high I know there are other features as well but most of it can be achieved through various softwares as well. Will not recommend it to anyone at this price if the price goes down by 25-30% then one can consider it hope it helps

WD my cloud EX2 UItra 4 TB Wired External hard disk drive is not a satisfactory hard disk drive because it is very delicate and could get damaged easily. The design and layout of this hard disk drive is quite okay but its perfomence is not good enough.

It show false internal capacity of drive and could easily affected by viruses.

It value for money is so high and is not affordable by many customer.

Service and support is disappointing.

Overall not a good product because of high price level with less features.

Hi Friends, Today I am going to share my personal opinion on the' WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra 4 TB Wired External Hard Disk. Its a very costly hard disk in all over the market but performance wise is not that much good for life long time.

Its taking too much time too transfer the files from system to hard disk. It doesn't work properly. After two months of used, you will get the connectivity issue in this product and it is automatically ejected from the system, so in that case we need to restart the system again and again, which is so embarrassing. I am using the system on the daily basis.

The hark disk is quite heavy in weight as compared to other ordinary hard drive.

Looks of this drive is so classy and trendy, Style and design is quite well but not easy to access for the first time users. Also I am not satisfied with the services and support provided by this company. They never response to your query and always put your call on hold, which is very worst thing about this brand. Staff assistance of this hard disk is also not reliable. I am very much disappointed with this Hard drive and its not give you a value for money.

In this price range there were lots of hard drives are available in the market and providing better features and services as compared to this hard drive. Overall its not a genuine product to used, So I will not recommend this to anyone. I hope my review will helpful for you t choose better option.

( 1) Performance - it is performance and working is very awesome. It allows us to copy files with a good speed and accuracy.

( 2) Style and design - it is design is beautiful and powerful this is very cool. This is super I like this hard disk. This is capacity 4 TB.

( 3) Other features - This hard disk is connectivity USB 3.0 gig abit Ethernet and weight of the hard disk only 1.6kg. This product is warranty summary 2years.

( 4) Service and support - it is a service of this product is very better. 100% satisfied with this product company. Economically it's a best and good product.

( 5) Value for money - it is valuable and I am satisfied for price you can buy this product if your budget is under 29000rs. It will be the best for you.

we bought this hard disk before few months.

the style and design of this hard disk is very good.

in the beginning the data transfer speed and performance of this hard disk is very good.

but after 2 months one day suddenly it showed my all data as corrupted.

then we contact to customer care.they asked me to format it.

then I format it.but I lost all my data.

so this hard disk is not value for money.

I suggest you that never buy this hard disk.
