Hi my name is rugved I use this product about 3 months and my experience is this is very good product to buy . A good transfer speed. almost no technical problem size is little bulky and large but its ok fine.the transfer cable which is provided by Western digital is also with good quality. connectivity is nice its looking tough but I m unable to taste it. A little cons is sometimes it give slow transfer speed but its managable. A suggestion is to provide an long USB cable and slim it.

Hello friends my Self Sabita and today I want to share my experience on Western Digital My Passport 4 TB wired hard disk. I bought it before 6 months because the lack of my computer storage.

I used it before 6 months and this is not working properly. The problem is some time when I insert it in a CPU it shows in a computer but taking time to process in opening this is happen only with this hard disk I have 2 more hard disks but the work peoperly this is the problem only with tjis hard disk. And the speed of transfer is veey slow some times it stops working then I have to reinsert it. The colour available in it is very third class colour. The style and design is also worst. The service amd support is not good one time I call in customer support they cant solve my problems they told that they come and solve my problem. This is only the wastage of money its cost is 14000 I am telling you if you buy this product you are wasting your money I used this and I know its problema I recommend you please dont buy this product. This is the worst product I have ever used.

I don't know why people didn't reviewed it much but beleive me it's a nice product. I bought the same from amazon and the performance of extraordinary good. Bellringer me it's better then toshiba that I used earlier. Do buy it guys. It's value for money and worth keeping it with you while traveling and for carrying your valuable daydata

I purchased this hard disc for Fourteen thousand rupees. It is very killing price according to its perfomance and comparing with other hard disks. It is very amazing in look. But one another of its defect after the high price is the speed heating. Only when we use half an hour continuosly it starts warming strongly as we will be afraid of a blast.

In this modern era, 1 TB Hard Drive is just not enough.

I bought this drive 3 months ago. I'm gonna tell you guys this hard drive is not a solid-state drive so if you need something a little bit faster when it comes to massive files, this is useless. This is extremely slow. These drives come in a multitude of colors including Red, Black, Orange, and white. It even comes with a matching USB. 3.0 cable.

This particular model is windows compatible so if you're the sort that goes between Windows and Mac devices, you probably don't want to use this. For this, you'll have to reformat every time you plug it in. There are other solutions out there like Seagate which will allow you to connect between Mac and Windows without having reformated.

It's all plastic NO metallic. You'll always hear something running and thats's because this drive makes loud noise and it's constantly vibrating. This is expensive. Go for it if you have a massive amount of data to store.

It is small in size and high performance hard drive. It is high cost device but allover its a good product. There are more product available in market in that price but there is poor staff assistance and there is wd has good staff assistance. No need to go service centres it has gives you door service to your home

I would like to share my personal experience with WD 4 Tb hard disk.WD is a great name in world of hard disks and that is why I buy this hard disk.But after buying it I found that this is not suitable for a commom computer.The company promises for its better quality and featutes but I think that it has not so many good features. It has a low kb/sec speed and put a lots of pressure on computer.After installing it computer runs very slow. It is good but not give better. And most one thing I use it from two months but after two months it crashes suddenly and my whole data get lost. I feel very sad because I kept my personal data in it. Suddenly computer stops and when it restart a mssg show hard disk error. It is not suitable for long time data. I suggest not for use personal data.

I buy this hard disk on the price of the 13000 on 7-Aug-2016 from snapdeal.com.I want to tell you about the price, the price is too much high if I compare it with sony hard disk.

The speed of the hard disk in 2.0 USB from the hard disk to laptop is around 18 Mbps and in USB 3.0 it is 45 Mbps and from laptop to the hard disk is also less it 10 Mbps in USB 2.0 and the 25 Mbps in USB 3.0 so it is too less.

The performance of the hard disk is not good at all, this is because the copying speed of the hard disk is not up to the mark.The design of the hard disk is too good and the color blue is unique and attractive.The one more thing I want to tell you is about the heat of the hard disk it gets warm in the 15 minutes after 30 minutes of the continuously the hard disk is getting too much warm that it gets a blast from it so, don't use this hard disk at all.Rather than this, you should prefer the sony hard disk.They were better, efficient and faster and in the budget.

I brought the product from amazon.in It was delivered at time the first thing you will notice is that the prodyct is very small in size and very light in weight and a sleek finish, the quality is vety good and the cab you get is a good quality thick cab not the cheap quality one, I inserted it in my laptop but firstly it was bot working I called the customer care they told to wait I again replugged the drive and it was done, it was finely running you get software inside the drive, it heats a little but is a value for money

WD Passport ultra was bought online few weeks back. Packing oh the product was good and safe. So there was no damage to the product. I used it for about 1 month and there was no problem till now. I was very much satisfied with this product. The product from western digital(WD) is always better in terms of performance, speed and quality then other brands like seagate, Adata, . It gives 4 TB size. It provides 3 years warranty but I found that it comes for about 8 years. So I am very much pleased with this product.

Hi guys I am shahnwaj khan and today I am going to talking about this awesome and cool external hdd. Really guys this is a best hdd. I brought this 1week ago and its give me 100? performance. Really guys yeasterday I brought gta 5 to someone my friend and the game space was 60gb. I have purchased this device 7 months ago and it works fine but after this the downloading speed become low and it lags.

Design and build quality is very nice.

I am using it with my Asus laptop with USB 3.0 port and the speed feels me low I have tried this in other laptops too.

It helps me store my valuable data's and that's a good thing for me I love my device.

This hard disk, WD my passport 4tb external hard disk is excellent, when it comes to performance and transferring files at good speeds. It comes with huge 4Tb space out of which 3.5 tb or around 3500 gbs are usable, right from the time of purchase, which is great.

It has 7200 rpm transfer speed which is very fast for a gamer like me, this hard disk supports 3.0 speed which is brilliant for the price. I personally like transferring data on this hard disk as it is very fast, which saves time.

It comes in 2.5 inch size and looks very classy and durable. It is highly portable, it even fits in my pocket. This hard disk is also quite light and sleek, which is very surprising for a 4tb hard disk for me.

It comes with one year warranty, their service is great and they have a lot of service centers all over India as well. It also supports Linux operating system which is very impressive.

This is my fourth hard drive from WD and the best thing of this hard drive comes  with 3 year warranty which is very good the transfer speed of this hard drive is very fast the performance and durability is very good and also that build quality is also amazing and it looking very cool I am regularly using this I decided work like it worked in the first day of buying it wait only 245 grams and has 3.0 USB well for transfer of data and it has automatic backup which is great feature and the looking of this hard drive is very cool and build quality also very reliable and I'm totally satisfied this product and Andra commented to others who won by a good hard drive it's totally value for money product I hope this review will have to knowledge about this hard drive

First take a look on its features:

Second its performance:

1> Read Rate on USB 3.0 is about 95 to 110 Megabyte per second.

2> Write Rate on USB 3.0 is about 92 to 106 Megabyte per second.

3> Read Rate on USB 2.0 is about 37 Megabyte per second.

4> Write Rate on USB 2.0 is about 33 Megabyte per second.

Finally design and build:

1> Made with very good quality plastic with shiny surface on top but easily gets scratched.

2> Too thick about 21.5 mm in length.

3> Indicator light at down side .

4> No physical buttons on it .

Overall it is good hard drive for personal use and WD is one of the best brand available in market for Hard Drives.
