Our money is not wasted in this device. It is the price it deserves. If you are looking for a internal storage device this is the best. You buy this one brcause it also has a good costumer care service.
Nothing to mention everybody knows that what prices does hard drives cost or how much the prices have increased in recent months and consider that the price that these hard drive costs and the amount of storage it provides its just is simply awesome and also the its one of the best in the world obiously its from wd btw who does not WD .

I am an IT Officer and I need to carry lots of data along with me. This hard disk drive gives me all I needs.
It is light weight and eassy to carry with me all the time.
It supports USB 3.0 which speed up in data transfer.
I will also like to tell you all that 4 TB External hard disk drive is a lots of storage space it needs high speed USB side to performe its functions smoothly or else it will be very slow.

Hello I am sharing my experience with my passport Ultra 4tb hard disk I'm using this heard from six month and honestly I say that I would not get the better result from this hard disk. And I have faces several issues from this hard disk.
I should tell about connectivity problem. Two types of problem are 3.0 USB and 2.0 USB. 3.0 is fast in connectivity and it's a sensor Run fastly in computer.
And 2.0 USB is very slow working after inserting in the computer it read very slow.
According to me price will be less with the performance of USB.
I like the design but except this all things are worst. I did not recommend you to buy this you can selectanother one.
Honestly I give it 2 rating only.

And it took me about 1 Month 26 Days to fill up 4TB.
After which I realized one of my HDD had Bad Sectors. and I lost about 64GB of data due to it
And then while I was creating a RMA on WD Website.
I thought lets run the SMART Extended Test on my another healthy My Passport HDD and I was suprised my 2nd HDD had Bad Sectors as well
How to perform this Test which checks for Bad Sectors/Phyically Damaged Sectors:
Western Digital Data Lifeguard Diagnostic from WD Website
Install, Connect your My Passport HDD, Launch the program.
Double click( left click) your My Passport Drive from the list of drives.
A Menu pops-up, Click Extended Test. Another pop-up will appear Click OK. ( Make sure no program is using your My Passport HDD)
Let it run would take about 11-12 Hours to complete and if it finds too many Bad Sectors Program will abort with error.
( If you have some different error you can google Data Lifeguard Diagnostics Error Code List and find what kind of error you are getting.)
I'm using Western hard disk from the last 6 months and I have faced several issues relating to it.
At first I would like to highlight my connectivity problem there are two types in this hard disc. One is 3.0 USB and another one is 2.0 USB. The 3.0 USB is fast in connectivity and its sensors in the computer fastly but the 2.0 USB is very slow very very slow as after inserting the USB it reads the USB after several times later. According to me the price will be reduced a bit less according to the performance. The staff service at the customer care is up to the mark but still it requires more improvement. Although I like the style and design here, except this all things are worst. At last I would request Western Digital company to make out to improve the external hard disk very much as these did not give the best performance. They should make external hard disk for the Welfare of the people not for earning more and more money of the honest people.
Hello friends today I share my personal experience about WD my passport ultra 4 tb hard disk drive. I purcahsed this hard drive. because I am a big fan of movies so I purcahsed this hard drive from online store. I purchased this hard drive in 12000 rupees. this hard drive support usb 2.0 and usb 3.0 both but this hard drive disconnected many times. so I contact customer care and they hear my all isuue and they try for resolving my issue and finally they resolve my issue but after 1 week of usage same problem comes again. this is my all problem with this hard drive. this hard drive is not value for money.

Today I am sharing my review on WD passport ultra 4 TB hard disk
I buy this hard disc from the Flipkart bye paying 13000.
The performance of the copying data from the hard disk to laptop is very slow this up to 20 mbps in USB 2.0 and the 30 MBPS from the USB 3.0 and from the laptop to the hard disc is also less this up to 10 MBPS in USB 2.0 and 15.7 MBPS in USB 3.0 port
It will slow after running 15 to 20 minutes.
This design is activity and it is look well also good but will transferring the data the hard disk get heated rapidly in 10 to 15 minute it's warm too much
Its price is too high.
I am not suggesting to buy this hard disc.
Wd passport harddisk it is external type pf hardisk but it is ver costly hardisk if you want to purchase this hardrive so my suggestion you should not purchase this harddrive because best is solade state drive harddrive is not better than solade state drive wd passport speed is not better if you reading my reveiw so I thik you should be not purchase this they also very costly .
I buy this hard disk on the price of the 10000 on 27 July 2016 from flipkart.com. 1) I want to tell you about the price the price is too much high if I compare it with sony hard disk.2)The speed of the hard disk in 2.0 USB from the hard disk to laptop is upto 20 Mbps and in USB 3.0 it is 50 Mbps and from laptop to the hard disk is also less it 12 Mbps in USB 2.0 and the 30 Mbps in USB 3.0 so it is too less.3)The performance of the hard disk is not good at all, this is because the copying speed of the hard disk is not upto the mark.4)The design of the hard disk is too good and the colour blue is unique and attractive.5)The one more thing I want to tell you is about the heat of the hard disk it gets warm in the 15 minutes after 30 minutes of the continously the hard disk is get too much warm that it get blast from it so, don't use this hard disk at all .Rather than this you should prefer the sony hard disk.They were better, efficient and faster and in budget.
I would like to say you that this product is awesome. I use this product since 1 year and it works superbbbb. The best thing is that this product doesn't put pressure on system .
The data saved in this device is safe because it never lost as the capability of this product .
The 4 tb hard drive have a capacity to store many more data and its price is very minumum as compare to its feature.

I purchased WD my passport ultra 4 gb and having ultimate experience of high speed data transfer with safe storage. Loved it a lot. Also not so expensive compared to other brands.
