A beautiful layout with plenty of amenities

Zonasha retreat has developed into a beautiful layout with plenty of amenities thanks to the diligent efforts of the builder and some of the owners who have already moved in. The developments in the area around road widening and hoodi station have also given it a big boost.

Awesome builder, quality work

I am an owner in Zonasha Paradiso and very happy with the quality of work done. I have seen other builders and I would say Zonasha stands tall. FYI I had booked Paradiso when it was barren land. So I took a big risk but the fact that Mr Nagraj(owner of Zonasha) was directly available for talk and the passion, confidence, and the straight talk of Mr Nagraj convinced me that my money is in safe hands. He didn't give me even single paisa discount and yet I felt he priced it honestly. When I was booking(remember it was barren land at that time and no model villa), his one line blew me when he said that it is his dream project and he is not doing this project for money.

Pros:

Good quality work

A builder with good intentions

Mr Nagraj is a passionate guy who wants to give his best

He is also very receptive to feedback

Price is also good - I doubt I can get such quality of work with any other builder for even 1.5X the price

Cons:

Execution has been slow and Paradiso got delayed by 2 years.

Overall, I am super happy with my investment and would strongly recommend Zonasha Paradiso and Zonasha in general to buys.

Very happy with the project outcome, Excellent construction with branded fitouts, big clubhouse with the best of facilities, heated swimming pool.Morever reasonably priced compared to other similar projects, closer to the IT corridor yet away from all commotion.The builder has been very cooperative and more or less kept all timelines.

Zonasha Elegance Phase1

Planning to buy zonasha Elegance 3BHK any reviews about the builder and project, I know the project is already delayed 6 months. Now they are saying it will be possession by Dec 2016. Any reviews or comments about this project.

They are not giving or having a proper plan about the amenites. Anyone had any bad experince with zonasha? Can we trust builder zonasha. I can see that have done a very good work with Vista can I expect same with Elegance.

ThIs is a beautifully done BDA layout NEAR WHITEFIELD AND ITPL. The pricing is approx 5000 rupees per square feet. Good development in the area with flyover already functional. Beware of brokers who are spreading negative review of the layout to bring down the price and buy plots to sell at higher price later. Done go by negative review, Visit the site yourself to see it. This is a BDA APPROVED Layout with clear titles, the verification can be Done in any BDA office.

The community now has its own club house with swimming pool badminton gym etc.

Zonasha Retreat Projects Dirty Games

Nov 2009 -- booked plot (40x60) in zonasha projects at 1700 rs/ Sqft by giving cheque of 1 lakh rupees.. this was pre-launch offer. Were given assurance that in 6-9 months the project would be launched. Nov 2010 -- zonasha claimed that they had run into some legal issues because of which approval was not coming.

They asked us to withdrow the booking or take another plot in a different zonasha project at 2500 rs/Sqft. Pre-launch offer. We insisted that we want to retain our booking even if it takes time, since 1700 was a good deal, as prices had increased to 2300 / Sq ft in that area.

Zonasha DID not allow retaining the amount. We had to take the refund and keep quiet. May 2011 -- zonasha launched the same project at700/ Sqft pre launch price. This proves that organizations like them feel they can go scot free by playing these dirty games.

We have returned from us and are absolutely aghast at the rampant cheating of consumers.
