Whitestone Projects, Bangalore

I was going to invest in their Florenso project but after visiting the site and talking to some of the residents changed my mind. The units are below average with several issues like leakage, bare minimum fittings. Price is attractive but after possession costs have to be incurred for repairs. Also the team is quite careless right from the marketing person Lakshman to site in charge Vamshi. They don't speak properly.

Their sister concern company Ados Interiors has a similar issue. Overpromising and underdelivering at huge costs. Someone on Google reviews has correctly mentioned deadly combo team, Sneha and her partner Manoj, all very impolite and after money only.

All checks need to be done before investing with either of these companies.
