White Projects is one of the best Real Estate Developer. Safe township located in a peaceful environment, away from pollution. Really one of the best townships in Bangalore, well-developed and well-maintained.I would recommend anyone and everyone to just go and have a look at their plots in Jigani(Bangalore) called White County. Love the way they have made a dessert into a beautiful living space with so many amenities. It really shows that it was their passion project.

Their club house is so beautiful that it looks better than a 5star hotel, believe it or not. On top of that there is a lavish penthouse with ample space to host a party or an event.

I wish I could give them 10 stars out of 5.

I recently had a pleasure to check out a plot for myself at White Projects, White county.

The whole community is so well planned and developed, keeping only the best vision for the future.

along with good residential plots, it has many major amenities like hanging garden , hydra park, amphitheatre, senior citizen park, outdoor sports court.

it also has a clubhouse inside the same community, which has a luxurious premium penthouse, gym, swimming pool, mini theatre, kids play area and banquet hall and lawn to celebrate different occasions.

Site manager was really friendly and extremely responsive, to show around the community which is well maintained.

Being in a major part of Bangalore, plots are really affordable, and I believe it is a perfect place for the investment.

I personally recommend everyone to visit White Projects, and experience the surroundings and plan to buy the plots.

I bought a Plot in 2018 in the white County project, one of the best project and BEST BUILDER in Bengaluru. The Management and Staff team have delivered more then promised and Layout is Beautiful, living space with so many amenities with best quality of development .

When the whole of county was struggling with demonitazation, here is one Org which was bragging about the kinda of sales they made over night praising themselves about the kinda of money they could cash in. Companies like this is why we as a country can't move forward. Keep going breeders.

One of the best builders in Bangalore.

I have been requesting them from last one year to refund the booking amount for one of the project name Jade Meadows, but till date I have just received excuses and some or other reason with a new date for refund. I have decided to file an official complain for this.

I bought a plot in 2016 in the White County project during the pre-launch time and was bit skeptical about the development but after about year I am absolutely thrilled the way the layout has come up and proud to be a owner. The management and sales team have delivered more than promised and I cannot be any happier. I am the owner of plot 12 in phase 1 and I urge others also to join this well planned and quality community.

Upon the first visit in White county layout situated on Bommasandara road, I was shocked to see a builder who has delivered everything unimaginable in a layout and has 100% titles ready for verification. Registration ready, prompt staff support and amazing features like wifi and clubhouse which is completed. Glad to see Bangalore found a ethical plotted developer.

I had booked a plot here and then cancelled it, call it my fortune. It is situated in Bomnasandra Jigani link road just after the Biocon and next to a lake which is surrounded by all manufacturing units who let their outflow into the lake. Sales people give all the docs of the lake test and reference of people who work in Biocon only to satisfy your queries. Please visit the lake once it's rains and visit in the evenings near Biocon then you will know the reality. Please don't get carried away by the false promises and hopes given. It also has few plots with legal queries unanswered. I had to shift plots multiple times and finally gave up being the above also as a reason. Club house is forever getting constructed since 2016 and the price for this is a joke at 2499 and then at 2999 when I booked and god knows what's the price now. Head weighed people with attitude to sky.

You must be really lucky to get the documents scrutinized positively. Please let me know your plot no and the survey number and your contact details so that I can get in touch with you. People who have cancelled there including me and my friends and we all know on what is the layout built upon. It’s all drains/SWD beneath and SC/ST land with no supporting documents to justify the legal queries to some of the survey numbers! If so why the second phase of the layout with SBI was never approved? Staffs over there gives all excuses thinking everyone's a fool, especially the person from CRM, Kishen who thinks he knows everything and doesn’t have the appropriate manners to speak to clients. The so called legal advisory from their legal team has ready made answers, maybe you should ask him the above question.

My friend recently bought a plot in this layout and I was amazed with the design and quality of this project. The legal verification was given to a close family friend and very reputed lawyer and took almost 2 months but the the lawyers were happy with the clean documents this project has.

I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a plot in gated community to White County.

The staff and management were very transparent and helpful.

I recently had the pleasure to check out a plot at White Projects, White county. I must say I am pleasantly surprised with the well-planned gated community with parks and gardens, clubhouse, open amphitheater, and parking space, and to add Lush green space, walking/jogging promenade, the beautifully landscaped hydra, and the yoga park are ideal.
