I purchased a plot in my mother name Bindu Singh From Vriddhi Landmart Limited in Fresco Fountain City Phase-2. I already paid the money 2 Years ago in 2022 still they are not registering the plot to my mother name they are saying that their 3 projects (Fresco Fountain City, Fresco Fountain City Phase-2 and Fresco Palm City ) had been fraud by their own employee. Now they are unable confirm whether my plot is under fraud or not and they are giving me an option to transfer my plot to their new project Vriddhica Heritage and give them extra money. In April 2024 we told that we cannot invest in your another plot please return our whole money with 2 years of interest. They are saying that they will not give any interest and will return amount in 15 PDC cheques with first check in December 2024. So now it's 5 th May 2024 I still didn't not get my money refund

This company is fully fraud. They are scamming people.
