Hi there,

I am trying to understand that does Vastu Vihar got RERA Certificate? I asked their sales executives but did not get any answer on that. They are more focused about selling the project, which is ok but what about the proper documentation.

Need to know. please let me know the answer.

Very bad service they provide. All staff have no experience of construction. Does not provide even average service, office staff are only for trapping customer and does not care about problems of customer already booked. problems.

Vastu Vihar building construction is one of the best and trusted construction in India. Its policy is very good and secured. The management process of Vastu Vihar is just amazing.

This construction totally stands on its customers expectations and its customers service is too good. Vastu Vihar is a really good idea and it provide us dream home at a very reasonable price.

Its project is marvellous and very affordable for all classes of people who wants a good flat to live.

Its installment process is so easy and convenient.

I am very happy with this building construction.

I had met with an personal experiance about vastu vihar .vastu viahr is a good construction site. they do work very well, and I am telling this because someone said to me. but I dont think so .the workers are very lazy. they dont fimishes the work on give time even Vastu Vihar has a automated reply to customer queries. It seems to me that, they don't care for any other query apart from marketing and new Flat Booking.

I have been following up through mails and Calls over a period of 7 months now. But queries remain unanswered till date.

I have bougght a house from vastu vihar in patna from same builders and got an immperssive quality of a house in very simple rates and every furniture and tiles all was awrsome and as I bought I just open this to rate this builder or a construction company name as vastu bihar.this company affiliates us a better quality of house in very affordable rate

They are one of the most prestigious builder of bihar.

I booked a flat from them and my experience was nice.

They provided the flat  on time and with all the facilities so I like them and if any one want any flat in bihar then I will suggest only vastu vihar.
