If these steps doesn't yield necessary results, then forget the refund, issue a few letters to media and administrative authorities, whereby 10 folds the money the group will pay just to put a grave to these unregulated practices and continue business as usual.

I know hard earned money might be lost but it will be donation and give back to the society, where every other business and authorities will each earn 10 times of the amount that was scammed.

There Main Project Rajwada Royal Garden also the Same Situation. For one tower they took 100 years ??. Be careful, All Materials are Worst. Otherside Using Bengali People's Money Owner is Buying Sports Car 3-4 Crores Rupees Daily. Just Horrible Situation for Kolkata. Don't Buy Any Flat From Rajwada. Otherwise "Shani Dev" Will Come to your house.

This is a high-rise building and they do not have any fire fighting systems that work. They are very callous and careless and that can be seen in other areas of the property as well.

Basic entertainment services are not provided in any of the nearby places. This leads to a feeling of boredom among people living in the vicinity. This creates a big problem.

The construction and the built up of metro is not safe for the nearby residential apartment members, since the entrances to the stations are being constructed on busy and congested roads. This may further add onto the congestion. This has to be taken care of seriously before it incurs any loss.

The tender process which is initiated by the government so as to facilitate bids for properties are not carried out in the standard formats prescribed leading to lack of credibility that is built up among the future buyers who are very keen in buying the properties.
