I just got cheated and lost my money for cancelling my booking. With great difficulty, after begging multiple times over emails, phone calls, I got back 90% of my booking amount! Even visited several times only to hear some bullshit stories of delay in refunding.

During the process of requesting the refund, I had lost my mind, got frustrated several times and mentioned over email that I will share this cheating event with my friends and office. After this, they tried to scared me by mentioning that they have my amount in case I share this with public.

Pls dont get fooled by the extra obedience they show during your initial visits till you book a flat. Once you pay amount for booking a flat, ensure you are bound to loose in one way or other. I was mentioned that I will get back the full booking amount in case I cancel. During booking they had taken two signatures quickly and like a fool, uneducated person, I signed without reading their terms and conditions! This is a serious mistake from my end!

My sincere suggestions to people who read this review and wanting to book at VKC is that pls go over their terms and conditions before you pay any amount to them, even Rs 100 to such a cheaters! I have a snap shot of T&C and you will be shocked to see how much you are going to loose in case you go for agreement and then cancel the flat! Thankfully I chose to cancel right before going for agreement and avoided loosing huge sum to these cheaters.

Also their clauses in agreement are totally one-sided tilted towards them. They mention they will pay Rs 5 per sq ft per month in case of delay(beyond Dec 15) but just think.in the event of 10 months delay for 1000 sqft flat you are just going to get Rs 50000 which is peanut compared to huge rental you pay and huge EMIs and interest you pay for thise 10mnths!

Ch. M. II is going to be delayed for sure, And there is no water there. Only tanker water daily. So, you will have monthly maintenance up to 5, 000/-.

I went to 5 to 6 flats in Ch. M. Phase1 apartment and checked this out. Everyone mentioned that water is from tanker and maintenance that they pay right now is 3, 000/- per month. Its going to be 4000/- for Phase II and its going to increase up to 5000/- very soon due to water.

Also found out that some of them did not get OC till today(they purchased the flat in 2011 - 4 yrs ago!)

And there are many loopholes in the agreement clause and you are bound to fall into pit in case you sign that agreement.

Interesting clause is that they are not responsible in case there is any problem with electricity and water supply! Something they mentioned justified this when I discussed this with them face to face. But just think, who will stay there in case there is no electricity and water!

My suggestion is to avoid this builder even if they give it for 3200 per sq feet! Pls Pls dont get fooled by their offers and extra obedience.

This Developer is a big fraud, cheat, and will not even feel the ashamed or even a little pity on you . my fellow Indians they will and surely bring and use their own people to make good comments over here just to make themselves clean and cheat more and more people in this city.

I would honestly want to make this statement my money is held up with them for more than 3 years, I had invested in their Apartment in Koramangala/Panatur  three years ago, they promised to complete their apartment and give us possession in 2012, but they kept telling us lie over lie and demanded payment of 90% from us, they now dont even bother to pick up their phones to answer us, VKC Developer are all the same especially Mr. Adesh, Manmohan and Mr. Kutty a brand new fraudster in their bucket of cheaters, I am cheated and now brooding and often fall sick, because I have given all my life time savings to them and now homeless.

I want to take court action on these fraudsters but the big question is, will I get back my hard earned money or beg them to return my money, they for sure would not even bother to help even if I die.  BEWARE OF THESE CHEATS BECAUSE THEY WILL OFFER YOU THEIR FLAT EVEN AT A THROW AWAY PRICE, BECAUSE THEY R NOT GOING TO COMPLETE THIS RES. COMPLEX .  I wish our Consumer courts help us to punish these cheats. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THEM I DON'T WANT YOU TO BE CHEATED AND BECOME PENNY LESS LIKE ME.

Do not deal with them. They do not have the right clearances in their projects and they try an pass them on. I booked their flat in Chourasia signature and during my due diligence I found out that the land are building on is scheduled to be taken over by the govt. my nationalized bank refused to give loan and asked for the land de notification papers and they could not come up with that.

The fact is that they knew this and still hide from their customers. So they are not trustworthy. They don’t have 9th & 10th floor Approvals and they will never get that. These people are Rowdies and threaten clients after they pay 80% amount. Chourasia Signature Construction Started in 2010 and the project is full on delay and they will never complete it. Don’t trust them plz be wise its your hard earned money they are fake and  this Marketing guys with their buttery talks they will try to convince you but don’t believe them at all. They cheated with the carpet area which is around 55% that’s all not more than that u will get. You can make out when you visit their project and the UDS is very low. These People are sick they cheat a lot.Dont buy even if they give it for free. Shame on this Builder.

I have seen so many builders promising so many things to the customers, but after customers buying an apartment, they won't provide any kind of proper maintenance. And when I see my builders doing such a great maintenance, I couldn't even believe that. Once I have a problem with one of my tap in bathroom, I have just called the maintenance people and they have repaired that within an hour of time. Like there are so many things they help us. This is what says a true builder even after a sale. They deserve what they are.

Me and my parents were waiting from last 8 months to buy an apartment, but as these builders are reputed, all the apartments were sold out.

I hope they will launch a new venture in a short period. I will be happy to be a part of their venture holdings.

I saw a few misleading reviews, written by some people. My short advice, don't bother about them at all.

I booked an apartment in Chourasia Pride after I inquired about these builders and when I saw these apartments ready to be occupied for a very affordable price, I was so happy and paid all the money and got my ready to be occupied apartment in 2nd floor. Never worry to invest in VKC Developers,  they are people with utmost respect in the industry.

Sir, I had booked a flat with VKC Developers in their CHOURASIA MANOR PHASE 1 venture on 2008 at installment basis. I had paid my all the installment to them at proper time, their office address # 22, 1st Cross, Ashwath Nagar, Marathahalli Bangalore – 560037.

Land Mark : Behind Stat Bank of Mysore Ph: +91 80 25639539/ 40  Mobile No: +91 9972271263 Email : info@vkcdevelopers.com | sales@vkcdevelopers.com. After approx. 2 year, when I visited my flat at CHOURASIA MANOR PHASE 1 I was relatively shocked that there was no construction as they assured and was so disappointed.

And afterward some days I came to know that many clients of there are cancelling their flats and then I obvious to do the same and get my amount back. I visited to their company and told that I want to terminate my flat, then they gave me the termination procedure and told that we had recognized sufficient forms and do not receive more forms and asked to visit after 5 months.

I agreed and left. After 5 months at 2012 I submitted my form in their office but they told that the amount will be transferred within 45 working days in my bank account, I agreed.

But when after 5 months I did not get my money transferred and again visited to their office they told that we had to wait two more months more to get your amount, I agreed.

But when the money was still not received I again visited there office to talk about the matter they said that your money will be refunded within 15 days. When I said that I am roaming there from approx.

1 year they said ok you just give a written complaint for this and you will get a call within 1 week regarding the refund. But days are going and still not get call or any response.

I purchased one apartment in Manor 1 Good apartment with Mexican style of kitchen plan that what I attracted to purchase and construction quality is good and even though after handing over to association these people are taking care all the works or complaint regarding fitting and they promise me tiles and given granite they are very transparent in legal aspect even now I am having all the legal documents of the property that the way they treating .

I saw a review I dont know that which VKC developer he is telling I am telling about VKC Developers Pvt.ltd. Venture of Chourasia groups.

Chourasia is a big company and well known in industry I don't think saw they will cheat I think they only build Hyd satyam and all.. if we visit the website itself we will come to know...

Anyway I am satisfied and I refer my relatives. and friends to Manor 2 also.No worries

I think the review which is there about some other builder or it is a fake review from competitors.

It took long 6 months for finding a home in this very competitive market but as soon as we found vkc developers pvt.ltd we got hopeful there are multiple offer option they helped us choose and gave us knowledge about procedures and clear communication, we are able get house in very nice neighborhood.

we absolutely loved chourasia pride project and would highly recommend them to all friends who are looking for home.

Having own house is your choice and I feel we made a great one with it.We brought a house in VKC Chourasia manor phase 2.

VKC is very good builder .i agree it is bit delayed but the quality they delivered cannot be done in hurry.I am very happy with the staff .they are very helpful .We already moved in and staying without any problem.I would recommend this project to every one.Best location and peaceful place.

I was looking for a property since 2 years even before I moved to Bangalore. many emails and calls exchanged by many developers and also few brokers. finally after moving to bangalore for more than 8 months, I decide to go with VKC Developers, Chourasia Manor 2.! I read tons of reviews about them many in a negative way, but 1 day decided to visit as it was near to my work place. Found out to be good in terms of construction quality and price worthy for what they quote. their sales staff and engineers had a good attitude towards us and explained us patiently in a very easy way about their construction standards, legals, vaastu and they also frankly said that the project was a 4 month delay but will be delivered by grace time. Now 2 days ago I found out that the flat is almost ready and currently going on with 2nd coat of paint. I really appreciate their commitment and dedication. I also got a good bonus of modular kitchen on reffering my friend to them.! so its a win win for both. I still got a month in grace time. hope it would be a great place for my kids and my family.

One of my family members just bought a house in Manor Phase 2. He and his wife are both IT professionals so it made sense to buy a property which is idealistically located somewhere in the IT Hub.

After doing a lot of site visits VKC Manor Phase 2 property suited them the most in terms of location and also the amenities. I happened to visit Phase 2 site with them and was impressed with the way the whole home buying experience was created.

We have bought around for about a year before deciding Chourasdia Manor 2 group. We went to every display home in Bangalore and spoke to every builder, sometimes repeatedly. Some were great, but expensive, some had beautiful display houses, but the final product used to be suspicious, and some were just plain. With VKC group we particularly liked their flexibility. The service by this group was admirable. Construction is going on fine and Of course, no building project is without its little hassles, but we found the company to be approachable and any minor mistakes has always been rectified immediately. They had no issues with us inspecting the process at any time. Our house is looking lovely and open, and looks great. We are getting the possession in less than couple of months’ time.

If there was a better rating than'A', VKC Developers would get it. They were absolutely instrumental in helping us purchase our  home.

They were always quick to respond to all of our nervous emails, patient. As we went through house hunting, we found out about them and we got THE house, They put together a fantastic package for us. The house looked beautiful and exactly like we wanted.

As I am coming up on my one year anniversary since losing my property virgin status, I realized that I had never really thanked the realtor who helped me find my perfect home. Vkc Developers are an amazing asset to have through the experience, and I can't thank him enough for his insight and expertise.

One of my biggest fears is high pressure sales tactics and going into the experience I was very afraid of being pressured into anything. Matt answered my millions of questions and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on throughout the process. There were 15 offers on the home I finally purchased, and Matt was there to help me through that daunting reality as well.

I am so happy with my beautiful home and can't recommend him enough!
