Do not deal with them. They do not have the right clearances in their projects and they try an pass them on. I booked their flat in Chourasia signature and during my due diligence I found out that the land are building on is scheduled to be taken over by the govt. my nationalized bank refused to give loan and asked for the land de notification papers and they could not come up with that.

The fact is that they knew this and still hide from their customers. So they are not trustworthy. They don’t have 9th & 10th floor Approvals and they will never get that. These people are Rowdies and threaten clients after they pay 80% amount. Chourasia Signature Construction Started in 2010 and the project is full on delay and they will never complete it. Don’t trust them plz be wise its your hard earned money they are fake and  this Marketing guys with their buttery talks they will try to convince you but don’t believe them at all. They cheated with the carpet area which is around 55% that’s all not more than that u will get. You can make out when you visit their project and the UDS is very low. These People are sick they cheat a lot.Dont buy even if they give it for free. Shame on this Builder.

This Developer is a big fraud, cheat, and will not even feel the ashamed or even a little pity on you . my fellow indians they will and surely bring and use their own people to make good comments over here just to make themselves clean and cheat more and more people in this city, I would honestly want to make this statement my money is held up with them for more than 3 years, I had invested in their Apartment in Koramangala/Panatur three years ago, they promised to complete their apartment and give us possession in 2012, but they kept telling us lie over lie and demanded payment of 90% from us, they now dont even bother to pick up their phones to answer us, VKC Developer are all the same especially Mr. Adesh, Manmohan and Mr. kutty a brand new fraudster in their bucket of cheaters, I am cheated and now brooding and often fall sick, because I have given all my life time savings to them and now homeless, I so much want to take court action on these fraudsters but the big question is, will I get back my hard earned money or beg them to return my money, they for sure would not even bother to help even if I die.

BEWARE OF THESE CHEATS BECAUSE THEY WILL OFFER YOU THEIR FLAT EVEN AT A THROW AWAY PRICE, BECAUSE THEY R NOT GOING TO COMPLETE THIS RES. COMPLEX . I wish our Consumer courts help us to punish these cheats. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THEM I DONT WANT YOU TO BE CHEATED AND BECOME PENNY LESS LIKE ME.
