VKC DEVELOPERS are exceptional in their service. We were first time home-buyers and were not familiar with lot of things. They guided us through the entire process. What we liked most about them was the responsiveness, knowledge and communication.

They helped us all along and always had the best interest in mind for us(e.g. they strongly suggested the sewer inspection even though the house wasn't that old) at the same time they never pushed us.
