Not a good builder

Completely agree with the other review on this builder. We were also shocked to see the horrible roads and surroundings of their so called budget flats for which they charged a hefty premium price. The carpet area of flats was very less. Most rooms were dark and very small. The master bedrooms were the most small sized rooms of all others!

The parking slots were haphazard and squeezed up. Not even sufficient to park cars of Alto size. Some slots were parallel and to park your car, the other owner has to take his car out first. How can we expect others to be available at all times?

There are several dissatisfied owners who believed in their big brand name as they have built a few worst looking IT parks. Most of the NRIs who bought are also cursing themselves. They only believe in making money and looting middle class people. Never buy from this builder. Take risks at your own peril.
