We have flat in Sunridge, I am satisfied with quality of work like grills, tiles, wall finish, colors etc. for Customization & changes there is good support from the team. Many things now a days builders don't give by default like mesh window, royal emulsion for inside paint, smart home(optional).but he is providing.

Anil is excellent in many ways to handle things, he gets involved in many project aspects also he goes with the technology.

I am from civil background. The builder knows how to handle the customers individually.He speaks nicely, so that many customers are impressed and think that they find the right builder and became victim.

As per my experience, he is below average in quality of construction, but speaks like a worldclass builder.Do not go by his speech, verify before booking a flat.

Some people book flat and interacts with this builder and feels that he is the best and puts review comment.Visit the site with civil background person.If the civil engineer is fine with the construction, then you write positive or negative comments.

It seems there is some issue in Parimala Trinity land or BDA approval.Not sure.

There is a level of satisfaction after buying this. I searched for near about 6 months before booking this. Biggest thing with this property is peace of mind. I dont know much about construction buisness and what exact is the material used. But after looking at the construction site I feel my money and dreams are in safe hands.

There has not been a single act of fake promises and fooling around by builder atleast on my side. I have booked a flat in this about 8-10 months back. And I am satisfied. anyone who wants to get anything clarified can reach out to me at deep.kumar.084@gmail.com

We too have booked a flat in Parimala trinity. We have not seen any of those remarks the person is making, above. This project is under construction & its going in a very fast pase. After lot of research considering pros & cons of current builders in Bangalore, Vishupriya group's reputation and the price they are offering we have zeroed it on this project. And we have no regrets as the appreciation is very good. And the builder reachable for any of our concerns.We are out of India but still we are able to reach builder & talk about many concerns. More over he is very flexible in payments etc. I have not heard any problems in his previous projects.

This guy who is complaining. I don't think he is genuine. he said he saw all projects & saw some cracks. I don't think its possible. Any ways don't bother about fake comments Ids. The project is zoom pasting, good priced, well located in good hands. What more we want. Hope this clarifies. Any body can talk anything over public forums. If u guys are really interested go & have look at this project talk to the builder. You are the better judge than anybody else. U will realise its worth each of your penny. Wish u all good luck.....

Vishu Priya group has built several apartments in Bangalore which are poor in construction quality. Parimala Elite, Parimala Sunrise, Parimala Winsome, Parimala Residency (all < 5Yrs old at the time of writing this) all have very visible and prominent cracks on the outside with plastering peeling off.

Don't pay the builder full money until he delivers 100% as per the agreement, otherwise you will have to run behind him.The builder is constructing high rise apartments Parimala Sunridge and Parimala Trinity, so watch out if you are dealing with him.
