I was really excited after seeing the brochure of vedant vihas, hulimavu.its location and the structure and was sure to book an apartment but recently had a look at the model flat.

The floor tiles and bathroom fittings are good but the sliding doors of the balcony and bedroom windows are too thin and poor quality material and the glass used is so thin that it is not made for long term use and heard there are no grills provided for the bedroom windows which are basic

Necessary ones .would like to know if anyone out there who purchased and also feel the same.looking forward for your valuable comments.Thanks

Thought of sharing a quick review note on Vedant Vihas Apartment in Hulimavu (as I could not see any review relating to same in the net).

Pros:

1. 
   Location seems to be good, close to Bannerghatta Main Road.
   



2. 
   Mostly on time completion.
   

Cons:

1. 
   Rate - Seems to be slightly higher compared to similarly rated builders on the same area.
   



2. 
   Approach to the clients - Not at all great, An attempt to understand customer requirements, feelings are not honestly done by the builder. Sometimes, clients are very arrogantly treated.
   



3. 
   There is a requirement of improved communication between the builder and the construction team at the site as most of the time, something or other gets filtered out.
   



4. 
   Materials used for finishing (in the model flat) reminds of fashion a few years ago, not latest at all, when other builders provide multiple choices to customers to select from (especially tiles etc.), here that privilege is not provided at all.
   

Overall, one need to really evaluate whether this is worth the amount invested.
